Ordered a few Whoppers, they were great. The drive thru worker asked me to back up due to fries not being ready. I asked why out of curiosity. The young lady explained that the drive thru has a timer and they try to keep it low. I explained that me pulling back is dishonest and won’t properly reflect an accurate drive thru time. Visited around 1:30pm. After ordering, I was asked to pull forward so the order wouldn’t affect their serve-time timer, which felt a bit off. The fries were cold and had that strong Burger King smell/taste, and the burger bun was harder than expected. Overall, the food quality wasn’t great and the experience wasn’t what I’d hoped for. I don’t plan to return.
No lettuce on Whopper, but drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise. Fries were cold. Menu screen in store no longer working. Only had menu on counter. Seems to be on verge of closing but has been this way for a couple of years
