The server was nice, I did get a greeting from the server and he prepared the food/ribs with his gloves on. I was happy with this customer service. The food looked good and taste good.
We got it to go. Got out in traffic, and I was disappointed. I have always gotten the same at Dickeys. But this time I felt like I been had. I called them back and explained and they said they make it right…. Now these ribs was very good and cooked just right.
They have an app...they also offer some great deals. The service was good. I got 2 of the 2 meat plates. My son devoured the brisket before we left the parking lot. Definitely a hidden gem. Their facility was empty but their service was impeccable.
