One of the male employees is rude as can be and doesn’t even greet you upon entering and then had the nerve to throw the door dash order I was picking up at me. He stood there talking to his coworkers and I had to wait until he was finished to tel him I was picking up an order. Then he lied to the manager and said he didn’t throw it but slid it instead.

Great old school burger fries and shake type shop with hand pressed burgers. The food is good. The service was also good The atmosphere was not bad either. The price is very much that of a high end burger joint though. The price is that way because you pay for the burger and all sides are included at no extra charge so it is in essence a high end build your own burger place. What a crazy world we live in where $40 isn’t enough money to get two people full on a double hamburger, little double cheeseburger, medium Cajun fry and milkshake. My wife had the little cheeseburger with an extra patty for her meal and we shared the fries and milkshake. We both left hungry. The double hamburger of today is the same size as the double little hamburger used to be pre Covid. Maybe other customers won’t care but I can’t afford to eat here anymore since it’s more expensive than fast food and I don’t get full bc they’ve shrunk their portions so much. Good luck, Five Guys. You’ve lost two customers.
