Staff is very light hearted and knowledgeable. You can expect them to be attentive as soon as you walk through the door. In my dealings with FCCF, I can say, with total sincerity, that if they do not have what your event requires, you more than likely won't find it anywhere else in Jackson+.

Conceited, haughty, and condescending. The owner and her daughter couldn't be bothered to treat my fiance as anything other than a number. Considering how expensive they are you would think they could at least pretend to care. Go to someone else if you want your fiance's special day to actually be special

Such a wonderful experience! Our florals were absolutely beautiful! Our guest have not stopped talking about how good the food was!! I think everyone’s favorite was the shrimp and grits ❤️Thank you Fresh Cuts for making my wedding day so beautiful!!

Wonderful and professional service provided for my daughter's wedding reception - Fresh Cut handled flowers, decor, and catering. Julia worked so well with the bride and our wedding planner to understand bride's vision and make expert recommendations and give guidance while working within our budget. I can honestly say that not only did they capture her vision, but the result was beyond our expectations. Their work was stunning!The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job. They kept the food tables filled, bussed the guest tables quickly, provided a private dinner for the bride and groom, packed a tray of food for the couple to take to the hotel, and had the leftover food from the reception packed up and ready to load up with us at the end of the evening. Cleanup was quick and professional, and we were relieved to be able to get home very soon after the end of the reception without worrying about the cleanup of the venue.It was such a pleasure to work with Julia and the Fresh Cut Staff. Highly recommend!

FreshCut handled all of the florals, decor, and food for our wedding, and we are SO glad we worked with them! Ms. Wendy was so patient and kind in all of our meetings, someone on the team was always available for our questions, and the final product was jaw-dropping. We had the dream rehearsal dinner and wedding reception because of FreshCut, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a joyful and dreamy wedding experience!

FC catered an event and I must say the desserts were very delightful, but the food was extremely bland and lacked flavor. As a southerner, I expected the food to reflect the outstanding Google reviews. Overall I'm not sure I would recommend this business for full course catering, but I would definitely recommend this business for the delicate desserts and gorgeous floral arrangements.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from this business. I was referred to this business by my venue and my wedding planner. I tried contacting them with their business contact form, phone, an Instagram message, and an Instagram comment. I originally contacted them by the contact form almost 2 months ago and have tried the other forms of communication throughout the 2 months. I STILL haven't been contacted by email, social media, phone, or even a text. I don't know if this is just my experience, but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fresh Cut was my 'big daddy' vendor: I used them for catering, florals, and rentals. They went above and beyond, and everything was perfect (and I am a type A person, so that is saying a lot)! I had such a specific vision for my wedding, and I was the definition of a bridezilla, always calling them and asking questions.. but they delivered!! The food was so delicious (they even carved out mini pumpkins and served the appetizer in them), the flowers were beautiful and fit my specific color scheme, they brought dry ice because I wanted smoky drinks, set up the champagne tower, tied ribbons around the menu like I wanted, and the staff was so great to work with and on top of everything. 1097665/10 would recommend them!!! Thank you Wendy for dealing with me!!
