I called this location to order a cake for my spouse. She loves creative cakes. I thought that my order was good to go, but the owner called me back last minute to tell me that she doesn't have a cake designer on staff. She explained to me that she goes through another local company to make cakes. The problem is that she called me last minute and stressed me out, having to come up with another solution days before my girls birthday. The cake was already paid for, and she told me she would refund me. A month and a half later I had to call her back about the refund because I noticed that I wasn't refunded to my credit card. When I called the store I was told I would get a call back. I had to call back days later, and I was told that I was told I would be refunded but that was not the truth. The owner called my cell phone blocked and was immensely rude to me. I told her I felt like this was tacky business, instead of apologizing she responded saying "You think everything is tacky". I was so surprised by this response because I had never said that before, she was responding like I was the issue and that is unbelievable. I will never do business with Felicia, the owner, she is a mess and I can't believe that a franchise was awarded to such a ratchet individual. I can see why she has such a ghetto staff, the leader determines the stride of the team. I ended up going to That Special Touch, and received a great cake. I would go to Nothing Bundt Cake, or Crumbl any day before going to this location.

*Very Bad service, you all need to hire better young people. The right questions can’t be asked in these interviews. This has to be the reflection of bad management/nonchalant ownership. There are better dessert options in Flowood. Bundt cake and Crumbl to begin with. These dry cupcakes aren’t worth your time.

This location has horrific service. I called to place an order for my girlfriends birthday, the guy who answered the phone was rude, disrespectful, and non-chalant. He put me on hold for 15 whole minutes before returning to hang up the phone without acknowledging that I had been waiting, he was trying to make me hang up by putting me on an extended hold. I called back to the store 12 times trying to place my order, it literally felt like I was begging the company to take my order. This service was the worst I’ve Ever experienced locally, and I will never return to this location. Crumbl is a great alternative when I need a sweet snack, their service is much better alternative. After talking to the franchisee, I see why mediocrity is embraced at this location, she did nothing but make excuses for her incompetent/badly trained employee. I could never come back to this location after this type of disrespect to a paying customer. I contacted “That Special Touch” in Pearl, and I will pick up Saturday morning. Their service was amazing, and I look forward to sending more business their way. I don’t tolerate incompetence, I will pay more for a great experience and a more quality product.Kid-friendliness: I called 12 times, and had the phone hung up on me ALL 12 times. Friendliness isn’t their strong suit.

Horrible service. Apparently they didn't want to be disturbed from hanging out with their friends at the table, or, we weren't welcomed inside. The employees did not make any effort whatsoever to answer our questions or even smile for that matter. I will not be returning to GiGis if this is how people are treated. It's disgusting behavior.

I had a horrible experience. The lady at the counter was extremely dismissive. It seemed as though she was friends with the other customers sitting down, and felt as if I was interrupting by just walking in the door. Don’t come here-It’s not worth the attitude.

Cupcakes are good , not great in all either the cake didn't taste the best kinda dry or the icing was off just way too sweet or not sweet enough. Now usually great customer service will get 2 stars to start off with but wasn't nothing over whelming they helped didn't smile kinda was a drag they were there. But overall if you are in the area try them out.
