“My husband and I were in Jackson with a few hours to kill. We stopped a nice couple in Highland Village to ask where they would recommend us eating lunch. We were both very pleased with their recommendation. I enjoyed the linguine with crawfish tails on which our attentive waitress helped me decide. My husband enjoyed the carne pizza. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town.“

“I have lived in Louisiana my whole life and was skeptical about Jackson’s king cakes. I have tried ones in NOLA and baton rouge and i can say Campbells king cake gets the Louisiana approval!!! I had originally place a pre order for my king cake but once I got home and cut into it I realized I was given the wrong order. The customer service there is amazing!! I went in and was able to grab another one and was given more cream cheese filling!! If you are looking for a classic king cake look no further!! I really appreciate the employees being super understanding and kind!!“

“It was my first time trying Saltine and we loved our experience.. The Marilyn Monroe cocktail was so delicious I got 2. We had the sampler of dozen oysters and they were buttery and fresh. I got the chicken Sandwich with a side of the goat cheese grits and it was so mouthwatering. My boyfriend got the ribeye and loved it. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the cornbread skillet - we had high hopes. The flavor was good but it was on the dryer side and very crumbly. Overall we thought it was great and will definitely be going back to try more.“

“Been meaning to try this place for a long time now and finally did today. Im so glad we did, the food was amazing! Much more authentic than alot of other Thai places we’ve tried. Everything we tried was great. Can not wait to go back and try some other stuff, everything sounded so good it was hard to make a choice. Now beware if ur nota big fan of spicey make sure u go mild or medium, I LOVE super spicey and almost go the Lao hot level, the waitress was surprised and said ARE YOU SURE?! Haha so i decided to take it down a level to Thai hot. Im glad i did because even the thai hot was spicier than any other thai places ive tried. And she said that Lao hot is at least 2xs hotter 🥵🔥 i cant even imagine how hot that woulda been. Thai hot was plenty spicey for even me. It’s a litter pricey but in my opinion it is well worth it with hoe great the food was. Definitely will be going back, may just be my new favorite!“

“Everything about this place was fantastic!! From the Greek nachos to the feta burger and onion rings, I was so full in nachos I could barely move. Everyone is very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. This was the best Greek food I have ever had!!“

“I was living in Mississippi for a bit and was excited to see the original inventers of the charbroiled oysters out of New Orleans extend their goodness out here to Jackson!! It was great to have a taste of home right at my doorstep. Man, these kats didn't miss a beat and brought this awesomeness here to the capital city of the Magnolia State of Mississippi. It is a must to have their Original Charbroiled oysters. They are often imitated but never duplicated. This is the real deal, and that stuffed lobster is fire too!!“

“Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.“

“Food was really good. Especially the chips. Our waitress was really good but when a large party came in, it took the bars attention so took about 15 minutes for some refills. It’s understandable though and nothing we were mad about. The fajitas were also really good and I have never been asked how I wanted my steak cooked for fajitas. Will be back for sure.“
