Went to this place earlier today with my wife because we had a sweet craving. The place looked and smelled nice. The young lady that serviced us with the cookies was very polite, however her co-worker (an older white female) treated me VERY NASTY, at the time I was the only black in the store and she stared at me with disgust and hardly wanted to service me when it came time to pay. My wife who is also half caucasian noticed the same thing before I could say anything. My wife and I are new to the area and just Moved to MS from MI. This was a very hurtful experience and will be our LAST time ever giving this place business. I felt hurt and disrespected.

Today is December 10th, 2023 Sunday afternoon and this cashier gave the most unprofessional customer service and inhumane treatment towards my husband. I am mixed and was raised by my predominantly Caucasian family and learned a lot about certain cultural behaviors and body language gestures and what they mean. This lady was so disrespectful and distasteful, she behaved as though my husband was beneath her service and have facial expressions of displeasure and disgust. My husband respectfully put in his order with the pleasant and respectful younger female worker but the older woman showed disproval behavior before my husband was assisted by her. I sat back and watched the whole thing process patiently to see if maybe it wasn't what I seen but it wasn't anything but what she displayed unprovoked unprofessional and inappropriate behavior towards a paying human being, my husband is Ethiopian and African American and he waited patiently not touching anything and waiting for his order to be rung up. Your disgust showed and you didn't even try to hide it...this is purely distasteful and we will continue to inform everyone who we meet about our experience because he was not treated as a paying customer in a professional manner. We WILL NOT RETURN, she has impacted our experience in a negative way. This in he box thinking is so outdated and life is too short for this mindset.

This review is not a review of this specific location but of the company itself. I have been trying to contact customer service support for over a week about an issue and they are ignoring all forms of communication and it's honestly just disappointing. I'd rather never deal with this company again

I STOPPED IN YESTERDAY AND PURCHASED A DOZEN OF UR CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND A DOZEN OF UR M&M COOKIES. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD & MOIST. MY WIFE AND GRANDKIDS WON'T STAY OUTTA MY BAG! lol KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! SEE U SOON!

Called to place an order for a birthday cake on 8/11/22 at 10:30am. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude; I was inconveniencing her greatly to be placing an order. I wanted more than simply “happy birthday” on it (a picture or SOMETHING) and was told “NO”.

I was craving a cookie all day yesterday so I decided to stop by AC and get one. I walked in the store at 8:40 PM and realized I left my money in the car. I walked to my car grabbed my money and was walking back to the AC door when a young lady working there sees me, locks the door, and turns the light off. I was sooo disappointed!!! The sign out front says they close at 9:00 PM not 8:42….
Before going into the store, I made two previous attempts online to order a cookie cake for one of my co-workers to celebrate her leaving for a new job. Originally I thought it was because of the time (after the business had closed) that my order could not be submitted, later I realized the online service was not working. This was no major deal. So, I went inside to order the cookie cake, which I needed within the next two hours (guaranteed with online orders; inside there is a 20-minute guarantee on a particular size). Olivia kindly took my order, explained the available options to me based on the time it would take, and ensured that my co-worker's name was spelled correctly. She stated that my cookie cake would be ready in 30 minutes. Lanie (Store Manager) who never turned toward me, hollered out "it take 1 hour." Olivia looked uncomfortably at me and apologized, saying "I'm sorry, it will be an hour." I asked her if she would call me once it's ready (I assumed she would call because she requested my number for the order) and again Lanie interrupts from the other side of the store "You just come back." Again, Olivia looks at me as if she is in an awkward position. I understood, so I told her I would return in an hour. Upon returning, Lanie assisted me as she carried on a conversation with a blonde lady who was standing at the back of the store about texting an employee who had issues with her check. She brought the cookie cake to the counter in a plain brown box, which was disappointing because it was a gift so I would have much rather had the signature red box; I was not told beforehand that they were short on the logo boxes. Lanie opened the box to allow me to view the cookie cake, closed it without asking me if it was correct and simply told me to sign the order slip. I'm guessing that this was to confirm that it was correct. Because I was pressed for time I signed and left. The design was just as I asked, the cookie cake tasted great, but Lanie is in need of further training in customer service. I assume that there my be a language barrier and other cultural considerations, yet it is important that she adjust. If she is ever inside when and IF I MUST go there, I will spend my money on another treat. There's too many sweet shops in the area to choose one with an employee who dampens the joy of sugar.

I paid for cookies that I had to throw away on two separate visits to this place, because they were old!!!! The third visit, I mentioned that I wanted a specific cookie because I could tell which ones were fresh. They got an attitude because I requested fresh cookies!! These cookies are not cheap!!! At least be sure they are fresh cookies.
