Our family visited the I-hop location in Flowood this morning. This was our first time eating there and we had a party of 8. We was seated immediately. The young man that took our orders was also the cook, he got the entire order RIGHT on the 1st rip! My Big Steak omelette was perfect and everyone else really enjoyed their food as well. Thank you sir. We appreciate you for a wonderful customer service experience. Another staff member help as well, we didn't get her name but thank you young lady. They were short staffed but other then that, everything was smooth and perfect.

Woke up craving pancakes.. Had to make a run to Flowood today.. Was really looking forward to eating pancakes at IHOP while I was there doing business.. All I can say is, my butter wouldn’t even start to melt. I dug down a couple, but no.. still didn’t melt.. I’m just saying, This is a pancake house.. I did tell the waitress and she asked if I would like it warmed up? No.. I don’t want want it nuked.. I was having a really good day. So, I just ate some it it and I’ll nuke the leftover at home.. lol

This has been the worst experience at IHOP tonight. Our food was cold, our sever did not get oue order right twice. Our 3 year old had to wait 30 mins to get one pancake. We will definitely not be back.

We waited a good a bit for the food. The server was very kind, but she would forget details of our order since she didn’t write it down. Some of the food didn’t look as nice as the photos but it was fine. My main thing was the silverware was dirty and greasy looking. One of the fruit bowls had crust on it around the edges of some kind, and stuff on the fruit. I found some hair in my toast and it was cut with some kind of dirty knife.Atmosphere was fine. Severs we’re kind at least and friendly.
Food was good, but could be warmer.Service was good and waitress checked to make sure we were ok.Did not use bathroom but eating area and front area was not cleaned. Floor was dirty; food stains and trash. We were the 3rd customers and it was obviously not cleaned from the night before.Allow employees to turn on heat; cold and even they had jackets on.

Waitress was nice, but took an hour to get pancakes and a burger with only 3 other tables occupied, and 7 staff just walking around. Then received toddler sized pancakes on what could be called a cake plate not to mention burger was the size of a slider. Go somewhere else for your money. IHOP has gone downhill.

Not only was it freezing cold in here , the service was terrible , we were seated admittedly . We didn’t get drinks until 15 mins later when the host decided to come check on us . We didn’t have a server, the host had to serve us. It took over 40 mins for my kids food and additional 15mins for mine . Will never go back to this place again .

Had to seat ourselves. Find someone to clean our dirty table. Tables next to ours continued to stay dirty the whole hour and half we were there. Had to get my own menus. Had to locate someone to take our order. Took forever to even get drinks and even longer for food. The food wasn’t very good when it came out. One of the waitresses even admitted “you have to stay on the kitchen staff to get anything done”. I had to get my own silverware. The floors were disgusting. I saw servers just sweep stuff from one booth to another. Watched the hostess sit in a booth on her phone for five minutes then pretend to be cleaning that booth.I get that brunch is a busy time for places like this. But, I am a former general manager. This would have never filed at my restaurants.

There is the SWEETEST young man working there. His family owns the restaurant he stated and he has the absolute BEST memory and was the most AMAZING server tonight!! Will be back! Food was 10 out of 10 perfection!
