The new owners are doing a wonderful job with the large task of improving this previously neglected location. All of the torn booths have been replaced. Jill, our server, was pleasant and attentive. The food was hot and delicious!!
1ST TIME @ FLOWOOD IHOP & WAS A GREAT DINING RESTAURANT WITH THE BEST WAITER IVE EVER HAD (4GOT NAME)! STAFF WAS SOO NICE, CLEAN IHOP NSIDE/OUT, GREAT OMELET, PANCAKES, GRITS @ AFFORDABLE PRICE. ONE CONCERN IS THE TEA NEED TO B SWEETER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT HUBBY/I WER COMPLETELY SATISFIED! OH, IHOP HAD SENIORS 55+ MENU WITH GREAT CHOICE/PRICE. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK THERE SOON.
I don’t know if it was just a bad day or a bad location but it was possibly my worst experience. The original table we were seated at, had water dripping on me to the point I had to change my seats. Multiple people in my section waited over 30 mins for their food while some had missing items from their order.
