Kiosk gave no receipt. Poor customer service. Fries were Cold
Looking at other reviews, I guess we've blessed, but this Dogwood location (and the Spillway/Old Fannin location) are the only McDonalds we can go regularly where they don't mess up the order. My kid is picky. Hamburger PLAIN apparently means different things to different people, but this location get it right. Been very pleased.
I’m not sure what the issue is with this restaurant. The McDonald’s system of service in a timely manner is just non-existent. Whether it’s waiting in the drive-thru line or at the counter, the wait to place an order is absurd. I have gone when there are a handful of people and also when I have been the only car in the drive-thru and the response speed is the same…..slllllllllooooooowwwwww. It takes so long to place an order that often times my reward code...read full review
