I went through the drive-thru around 1:30. The inside of the restaurant was pretty empty, but the line at the drive-thru never moved during the 10 minutes I was there. I decided to go inside instead. Inside, there were 4 other customers who looked pretty upset, which should have been a sign. I ordered my son a Happy Meal and waited. When the lady asked me what I was waiting for, I gave her my order number. She then asked what I had ordered, and finally, I got my food. Every table was dirty, and there was a lot of commotion in the kitchen. Unfortunately, my son’s order was wrong once we received it. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A instead. ??♂️

Took over a hour to get our food. We walked in and ordered because the drive threw was full. They lost my daughter's order and had to e remake it. After we got our meals the food was not good at all. My nuggets were cooked too long and hard. Not in a hurry to go back.

Couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. Had to ask for napkins to clean it myself. Ordered Dr Pepper they were out, ordered root Beer, they were out, ordered lemonade, they were out, ordered coke and they gave me Diet CokeThey only have 2 screens to order on and there was a line waiting to order.

Went inside used kiosk to order and the order was still not made the way it was ordered. Asked for PLAIN double quarter pounder with mustard and ketchup but it came fully loaded,,onions pickles and cheese...And these fast food worker think they deserve $15.00 hour..I went in placed order myself and you still messed up....
The women’s restroom was nasty. I told them It needed to be cleaned but instead of cleaning it the guy went outside to smoke a cigarette. There wasn’t any customers in the store besides us so the only customers were at the drive thru. When we left after eating, the bathroom was still nasty. No attempt to go take care of it. This was at 9 in the morning.

The worst mcdonalds ever. The drive thru which moves so slow is always wrapped. There's no reason to use the app when you sit in the line 10 plus mins or longer. The service is always horrible like their attitudes. There one guy who is always nice and tries to make the experience better but it's overshadowed by all the negativeMy fries are always half full and when you're paying almost 4.00 for fries they need to be filled. Depending on which burger you order depends on if your receiving cold patties or hot ones. They seriously need new management a overall overhaul.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time they handed me the wrong order and when I corrected them they had the audacity to tell me I ordered my food wrong and then nearly refused to correct it. The second time I received a burger that was literally inedible. The meat was burnt the bun was like cardboard and they managed to make the cheese as hard as plastic. I do NOT recommend giving them the chance to provide subpar food and service to anyone!
