The worst Krystal burgers I ever had. The bottom bun was SOAKED! I squeezed it a little and what looks like water came out. Top bun was as it should be. Looked like they prepared them on a wet surface. I drank my drink I got from there and threw away the burgers. Do better

How is this location still open?The manager, specifically Mario, is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever encountered in my life. The level of unnecessary attitude is astonishing and I will not go to this location ever again. This is not the first time, but it will definitely be the last.UPDATE: I am now home and sitting down to eat and these meat patties are dried out and crusty. Now only was my experience horrible but so is the food.
This location was by best for.the BestThey helped me out with my order.the food was very good and deliciousThey have TV so you can watch TV& relaxThey had free refillsYou can come in and eat inside or go in& get it to goThis location is way better than the glusta ck location.the staff was very helpful and greatIt was so so good.i ordered three times & left them a tip of 3 dollars.they hay breakfast, lunch and somewhat dinner.they even have dessert.they have something called doughnut hole.it was delicious came out fresh &tasted very good.if you are in Lakewood drive in flowood,missPlease go to this locationTrust me "you ll thanks me later"

Went in to eat and was told there was only 1 person working in the ENTIRE restaurant. So the wait times were atrocious. I didn't have that long to wait, so I bounced. However, the restaurant was dirty and smelled like rotten onions. The restrooms were disgusting. I'm not sure if the wait time was less, I would have eaten there. I was scared I was going to catch COVID23.

The food was pretty good but the service that I received from the staff was great. Though I loved the stainless steel backing behind the register area (old school diner vibes) the restaurant is in need of some repairs with water stains being seen on multiple celling tiles and apparent water leaking between the double sided large windows facing the side of the building where primary parking is. Overall though due to the staff friendless, great service from the staff and the good food this location gets a solid 4 ? from me.
