I took a bite of my spicy southwest chicken sandwich and realized there was wax paper inside it. It had been wrapped into the sandwich during preparation. This is a serious quality control and food safety issue. Thankfully I didn’t choke, but this could have been dangerous. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food handling processes.

The girls at the front counter are rude! I walked into the restaurant, and there were four young ladies at the counter. One girl was lying across the counter and didn't acknowledge me. One is taking a customer's order, and the other two are just standing in the back. I greeted everyone, but still received no acknowledgment. One of the ladies standing in the back finally asked, “What can I get for you”? When you come to the restaurant, don't expect a friendly greeting or a warm welcome!

Food was good, as I expected. However after visiting the men's room on my way out I would have changed my mind had I started there. Toilet seat was broken, urinal was out of order looked like for some time, the soap dispenser and paper towels were also damaged. This is not something that should fall on the employees, but rather management has severely dropped the ball. I would not go here again or recommend to others.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food and I only ordered a Cesar salad. The lady fixing drinks tried to give mine to 5 different people. The salad came out with sandwich sliced chicken instead of the grilled chicken I paid extra for. Customer service just overall was not good.
