Excellent as always! We picked up order ahead takeout for 8 and everyone had the right order. Very pleased, great service and great, fresh, well prepared food.

Food was good, as I expected. However after visiting the men's room on my way out I would have changed my mind had I started there. Toilet seat was broken, urinal was out of order looked like for some time, the soap dispenser and paper towels were also damaged. This is not something that should fall on the employees, but rather management has severely dropped the ball. I would not go here again or recommend to others.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food and I only ordered a Cesar salad. The lady fixing drinks tried to give mine to 5 different people. The salad came out with sandwich sliced chicken instead of the grilled chicken I paid extra for. Customer service just overall was not good.

Terrible service. Not great food and not great atmosphere. I finished an appointment at the VA. Placed my order for 4 online on May 20 at 11:28. I arrived at this McAlisters at 11:55. They hadnāt even started. They said they were out of whatever bread for one of the sandwiches and were waiting for me to come in and tell them what to substitute. Didnāt make any of the rest of the order? I waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my order with NO apology. It wasnāt even busy (I know why now!!!) Then my Southwest Avocado salad had NO AVOCADO??? What the heck yāall? Do better. Please. Whoever is in charge needs to tighten up or get out.

Worst food Iāve ever had in my life. Iāve eaten all over United States. Iāve eaten a lot of McAllisterās. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It had no sauerkraut on it and no thousand Island dressing. The meat was kind of dry. I took it back. Told him I didnāt have Thousand Island dressing and no sauerkraut They gave me a cup with sauerkraut In it and thousand island dressing on top of it, they donāt ever have to worry about me coming back

Terrible service and horrible wait!!! I ordered my food online at 11:30 to be ready for pickup at 12:00. I didnāt receive my food until 12:28 and that was after I asked for an update. There were about 20 people waiting for their online orders so I wasnāt the only one with the issue. Will not be back!!! Wasted my whole lunch break waiting.
