Terrible service. Not great food and not great atmosphere. I finished an appointment at the VA. Placed my order for 4 online on May 20 at 11:28. I arrived at this McAlisters at 11:55. They hadn’t even started. They said they were out of whatever bread for one of the sandwiches and were waiting for me to come in and tell them what to substitute. Didn’t make any of the rest of the order? I waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for my order with NO apology. It wasn’t even busy (I know why now!!!) Then my Southwest Avocado salad had NO AVOCADO??? What the heck y’all? Do better. Please. Whoever is in charge needs to tighten up or get out.

Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve eaten all over United States. I’ve eaten a lot of McAllister‘s. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It had no sauerkraut on it and no thousand Island dressing. The meat was kind of dry. I took it back. Told him I didn’t have Thousand Island dressing and no sauerkraut They gave me a cup with sauerkraut In it and thousand island dressing on top of it, they don’t ever have to worry about me coming back

Terrible service and horrible wait!!! I ordered my food online at 11:30 to be ready for pickup at 12:00. I didn’t receive my food until 12:28 and that was after I asked for an update. There were about 20 people waiting for their online orders so I wasn’t the only one with the issue. Will not be back!!! Wasted my whole lunch break waiting.

this place is WAY TOO SLOW! The last two times I’ve been there they have been incredibly slow. I finally left at one point without my food. The second time I went back giving them another chance it took 25 minutes to get a takeout order. I can have a pizza delivered faster than that. And that act like they don’t even care, no apology, nothing. You’re so pissed off by that time you get your food you don’t even want to eat it. I gave them a second chance I will NOT give them a third.

This is the worse location I’ve ever visited. Every time i go i give them another chance but this is the last time. This location needs a completely new staff and new management. There was only one lady that was helpful

This location is close to work and always is slow but this time was unbelievable. Ordered a salad online and waited 30 minutes to go pick it up (based on experience with their lengthy delays). Waited another 45 minutes. They told me they couldn’t find the order…showed them email confirmation, they finally “found” it and then made the salad quickly. The manager made fun of my name. The girls at the cash register were sour faced with zero smiles. They offered no apology for the ridiculously long time to make a salad or for the inconvenience it caused me and my colleague who also waited through this. Too much hassle and negativity for mediocre food.
I literally love McAlister’s but after my experience last week i honestly don’t want to go back to this location. The customer service was awful! She was to busy laughing and playing she couldn’t even get my order right! I literally had to send my sandwich back twice because they kept messing up my order! It was the worst customer service ever! Then a guy brought me my sand which the other individual that was with me asking him for a refill on his tea and turns out the guy doesn’t even work there.. so why is he giving my meal. I don’t know where he hands been or anything I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all.

Ordered a baked potato with broccoli and the broccoli wasn't steamed, had a cpl bacon slices instead of bacon bits and wasn't very impressed with it. Family members had one at another location and recommended it to me.

Probably the worst Mcalisters I've ever been to. The staff barely seem to care and wait times are RIDICULOUS for an empty restaurant.Get ready to wait 20 minutes in line while 3 people are in front of you.I waited 40 minutes on the bench after ordering a to-go order in person. No one ever said my name, or said anything to me during that entire time. I go to the bathroom and walk past the shelf that is CLEARLY marked as mobile/call ahead orders, and my food is on the shelf. They have never put my food on that shelf when I've ordered to-go in person.40 minutes, not a single person thought to say anything or even call my name when it was ready the first time (whenever that was).The cooks are slow, but the food is decent.The front staff just meander around slowly, talking among each other.

This location has really gone downhill in recent years.Kitchen regularly seems to be understaffed while five or six front counter crew stand around with nothing to do because the kitchen is unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Wait times for food are regularly unreasonably long given McAlister’s quick food business model.Superior to the abysmal Northside Drive location in Jackson, but management could/should step up staffing and service training.
