Ordered a baked potato with broccoli and the broccoli wasn't steamed, had a cpl bacon slices instead of bacon bits and wasn't very impressed with it. Family members had one at another location and recommended it to me.

Probably the worst Mcalisters I've ever been to. The staff barely seem to care and wait times are RIDICULOUS for an empty restaurant.Get ready to wait 20 minutes in line while 3 people are in front of you.I waited 40 minutes on the bench after ordering a to-go order in person. No one ever said my name, or said anything to me during that entire time. I go to the bathroom and walk past the shelf that is CLEARLY marked as mobile/call ahead orders, and my food is on the shelf. They have never put my food on that shelf when I've ordered to-go in person.40 minutes, not a single person thought to say anything or even call my name when it was ready the first time (whenever that was).The cooks are slow, but the food is decent.The front staff just meander around slowly, talking among each other.

This location has really gone downhill in recent years.Kitchen regularly seems to be understaffed while five or six front counter crew stand around with nothing to do because the kitchen is unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Wait times for food are regularly unreasonably long given McAlister’s quick food business model.Superior to the abysmal Northside Drive location in Jackson, but management could/should step up staffing and service training.

I love the Pecan Berry Salad. The only thing that was not good was the water. Fountain drinks would be recommended. We were the only ones there, and the service was very quick.

The young lady at the counter has 0 customer service skills & it’s always the young women of my color that have the worst customer service. She didn’t acknowledge me standing there then after a few minutes she cut her eye and asked if I was placing an order. If I was I definitely have changed my mind little girl. I was picking up a dd but if I had to get food for myself it wouldn’t be at this one.

The food and service aren't near as good as the other locations I've taken my family to, and the music is absolutely atrocious and not family friendly at all. If our order hadn't come out as quick as it did, we probably would've asked for a refund/asked to pack it to-go and left.

Ordered a sweet tea with NO lemon, received an arnold palmer (sweet tea w lemonade). My food was just thrown into the bag which lead to the cheese for the nacho basket spilling in the bag.

Bethany is so Amazing! She is at the Flowood location and I tell ya she is so personal and always remembers my name and says hi to me every time I’m in there. I gotta say the entire staff is awesome to because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The smoky pepperjack turkey with bacon is soooo good. You gotta get it on croissant …. The best and thank me later.

Wish they had better service because the food is fine and the location is so convenient. It would also help if they cleaned their back patio because it's such a pleasant area with a view of Mirror Lake Plaza. If I hadn't gone back inside to ask about my food I never would have gotten it. No idea why their service is so bad - it's never crowded?
