My family and I ate here because it was close to our hotel. The reason for the three rating is simple: the hostesses were rude and you could easily tell that they did not want to be there. The other reason was due to the service time. It was just too slow. On a positive note, our waiter was very friendly and so were the managers. The poor attitudes of the hostesses just killed the mood of the evening.

Waited an hour and a half to be seated, that was our choice, no fault of the restaurant or staff. Got seated and waited FOREVER for our food because Stacy, who smelled like an ashtray, forgot to enter our order. She spent the rest of the night apologizing to us, and the rest of their tables, apparently. Manager discounted the food due to the experience, but seeing they only 3 stars here makes sense.

The music was so loud we couldn't even converse with the waitress. She said she would have someone adjust it, but no one did.
The Blooming Onion was burned.
Our salads were brought to the table the same time our meals were. And one order was wrong.
I'm sad to say this has been the worst trip we've had here.
