We have patronized this location several times a year since first opening many years ago and have been very satisfied until recently. The last 3 or 4 visits we have been increasingly disappointed.

We came in tonight about 4:45 pm. House was maybe 15/20% occupancy. We were seated with a smile and my wife commented on the friendly hostess. (No silverware though. Word was they were behind on washing).

Our waitress through the evening was mostly absent. We found ourselves waiting several minutes when we needed refills, etc. Although she did ask about a refill as I was paying the tab. No one came by to ask us how are meal was.

Our biggest disappointment however was price and quality of food.

We understand that prices have had to increase, but the price increases along with portion reductions leave us feeling that our $$ would be better spent elsewhere. For instance, the price of the salmon entree was $15/16 two years ago, and tonight was $27. Conversely, the portion size was at least 30% less than two years ago.

Adding to our dismay is being served a salad with inedible pieces of lettuce turning black or brown.

Concerning atmosphere - the in house music was so loud we had trouble hearing each other talk. We asked if the music volume could be lowered, but it did not change as far as we know.

The petite filet was very good and cooked properly. The sweet potato was perfect (although ALWAYS too small).

Would give this place 0 stars if I can. Wait almost 2 hours after they said the Wait was 45 minutes. This place sucks!!!!!

Came and waited for an hour for our food…

My husband ordered a ribeye and shrimp he asked for medium rare and it was severely undercooked and ice cold.

Kids meal was ice cold.

My steak salad came with 4 pieces of steak that were tiny and undercooked. The lettuce was very old and slimy.

The manager that helped us was a 10/10!! He remade my husbands steak and shrimp and removed my food from the bill without question.

We went here for our 42nd Anniversary Dinner. The food was excellent. Steaks were cooked to order. I tried the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad. It was great. We really enjoyed our meal.

I ordered the rib eye steak and it was tough as shoe leather and over cooked. It didn’t even have a tender portion. We also ordered lobster tails and the meat was hard. It was the worst experience we have had in a long time. Not going back any time soon.

I received a ribeye that was so tough that I could barely chew it. It was the Delmontico Ribeye. I told my waitress and she responded that she would bring me my bill. My wife had the salmon which she said was great. I awoke around 2am with a VERY upset stomach for 45 minutes or so. I will not be visiting Outback anytime in the future. I have had chuck steaks that were more tender and not cost over 100 dollars.

Don't order the all you can eat soup and salad for 10.99. There are upcharges for the good soup and salads. Ended up costing us 18.99.

My wife and I decided to enjoy ourself to a few steaks. I ordered a filet mignon but they served me a sirloin instead, my wife ordered a ribeye but instead received a strip. The manager DAVID would NOT refund or fix our prices and blamed their meat supplier instead of resolving the issue. If they continue this they are ROBBING people of their hard earned money. They have lost our business. They are in need of New Management. Was not our idea of a $100 meal. Picture of “Ribeye”.
