Love this place. Service with a smile, food that's hot and fresh! Shout out to Brookelyn getting the bag working all those hours! She has potential to move up if she hasn't already!

Never even began preparing my order and did not disclose that when I called to clarify causing me to wait an extra 20 before learning the driver was never summoned because they never began. Cane's is generally solid, this is an exception in the worst way.

Good food, smallest chicken fingers I've ever gotten at a Cane's though. Ordered 5 box meals and when our name was called we had to ask for the other three box meals.

I sat in an extremely long line all the way to the road to be told that I can only have a max of two orders. I wish I would have known that before sitting in that line for 30 minutes. Because of that I lost out on money because I had to be at work. There should be a sign outside that states this I’ve been coming at this location for a very long time and never have I heard this rule of only two orders. Absolutely ridiculous. What makes it worse is that once you’re in this line you’re stuck in there and can’t get out.

The manager (i think) small skinny white dude with glasses, beard,high pitched voice and the only one wearing a red shirt was incredibly rude yelling at us when we asked for a refund due to everyone else getting served their food before us. About 5 people after us got served and he was so so rude! I feel sorry for the people who work with him, the rest of the staff was very polite.

It was packed when we got there, the drive thru was wreaked around the building into the side street! We were dining inside. I was prepared to wait awhile, however the friendly lady up front to our order as soon as we walked in. We only had to wait a few minutes, think standard wait time. The food was great, as always, and the restaurant was clean

What has happens to Cane’s since Covid. Since Covid, Lines are always long and chicken and fries always soggy and tasting like it was fried in year old grease. I keep giving this place a chance because the lines are always and so I think to myself that people must be having good experiences to keep coming back. Nope, same experience today. This is bad. Cane’s fix this location. Chicken shouldn’t be soggy.
