Smoothie king is always been my go to smoothie place. The moon Builder , mixed berry, is one of my favorites and has become my usual.
I love smoothie king, but the one here in Flowood is ridiculous. The workers are rude and not very good at greeting the customers. I went for a Banana Boat with Almond Butter added and it came out to be $10.22, which is fine, until I tasted it. I have never tasted anything so disgusting. It took them forever to give me the smoothie in the first place and none of the workers had smiles on their faces. I sat there for about 10 minutes waiting and they were not busy. Some of them were standing around not doing much walking past the window and not acknowledging that I was there. The smoothie tasted old and sour. I wasted 10 dollars on this and I am no longer interested in going to this location.

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because I like smoothie king , BUT the employees at this location ain’t nothing but kids working in there like they’re at six flags. I don’t mind having fun at the job but THERE is a time an place for it. The employees need to learn mannerisms and etiquette at these types of environments. This type of behavior can ruin a franchise. The place wasn’t clean at all , an it looked unsanitary. Clean up as you work is key. The employees should make the space inviting. I started to take pics an add them , but I forgot while writing this review. The CEO need to hire secret shoppers and document their visits.

DO NOT, under any circumstances go to the Flowood, MS location. They need to have an option for zero stars. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 smoothies, with no other customers in the store. Two people who ordered AFTER me got their smoothies BEFORE me. The employees acted like it was their first night, didn't know how to make smoothies, and at one point, an employee started beating the blender because it wasn't blending.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I came In smoothie king at 6pm on Wednesday May 17th 2023 & I asked for the smoothie bowl. One guy replied that he’s not making it. The other guy did make it, but he basically threw the spoon at me and walked away. The smoothie bowl looked NOTHING like the ones I’ve had at other locations. There was barely any fruit and just a bowl full of açaí. Just terrible. Avoid this location.
