Seldomly do I get the opportunity to make a positive post and brag about someone's friendliness and great customer services skills. There was only 1 worker at the Subway side in Loves Travel Center. And I have to say. TICO was absolutely phenomenal. For being 1:30 A.M. she was very upbeat, professional, friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, etc. I could go on and on about her service. She was very patient and understanding with me on helping me to figure out what I wanted to eat. And took the time to make suggestions and explain things to me.
