There was only 1 worker at the Subway side in Loves Travel Center. And I have to say. TICO was absolutely phenomenal. For being 1:30 A.M. she was very upbeat, professional, friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, etc. I could go on and on about her service. Subway sandwiches are always fresh and good they give good customer service too and there prices are reasonable as well

Employees need better or more training. The lady that was making my order didn't seem to understand or comprehend the simplest of instruction. The manager finished my order and made sure I was satisfied
