The sandwiches are so good! The service is even better. You get to go in and chose what you want off the menu on the wall by marking on the sandwich bag itself. the food is fantastic and we love the workers with their wonderful attitude and welcoming environment. 10/10 will always recommend.

First time customer, the wait was 30 min long, after being patient as I understand that being busy and maybe understaffed was the cause of the waiting period. but when my husband got home(we live 6 min away) the meat to my Philly wrap was cold. Like had been sitting out for awhile cold, and my fries were still raw and overly salty. Honestly when I think Philly I think some sort of cheese is included? Perhaps not in a wrap, I’m not sure? Needless to say I had to force myself to eat it because I didn’t have anything else and didn’t want to hurt my husbands feelings for going to get it for me and waiting on it for that long. The taste was that of old food or undercooked food. I believe in second chances though, so maybe next time I might pick the right day to go. On the plus side, the guy tonight was super polite and apologized for the wait even though I’m sure he was feeling a lot of pressure and was overwhelmed. I can appreciate a person who given the circumstances was sincere about the wait. He would be a reason I would come back. Good customer service goes a long way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My sandwich tasted like something a 2 yr old would make. The bread was dry, and the toppings didn't taste fresh. The fries were also cold and nearly still frozen inside. I literally threw the rest way. I won't ever order from here again!!!

This place is awesome. It's a (hidden but in plain sight) GEM! The restaurant is clean, the food is great, and the service is top tier! I started with the Wicked Wich since it was my first time but I want to try all of their sandwiches. Lol!

The woman behind the counter was lovely! We told her we are traveling with our dog; she brought our food out to us and brought water for our pup! She was so kind and made the entire experience wonderful. Food was delicious. We will be stopping by again. Thank you!

The very worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The meat had not flavor other than the box of salt they poured on it and there was zero cheese on the sandwich. Horrible, will never order again! But at least the deliver driver got a FORCED tip!
I cannot rave about the delivery guy's that service the Dogwood Festival enough! I've never had any delivery drivers go above and beyond for their customers. My UPS and FedEx guy knows how time consuming it is waiting for packages all day while my shop is currently closed. They'd call and ask "Ms. Rachel when will you be in, I'll bring it by so you don't have to wait all day." How awesome is that?! Most times, if they've missed you twice, you have to go pick it up yourself. I'm waiting on big equipments, and have a small car, so I can't afford to miss them.They take care of me, so I wanted to show my appreciation by getting them a sub. What better way than to support one of my favorite neighbors, this is why I don't discriminate chains. Mike McIntyre is a local that has done a ton for the community, just an all around awesome family. He owns Which Wich and Chunky Dunks Sweets Truck . While waiting for my delivery guy, I put in my order for pickup with Which Which. Two large Wicked subs with everything! Mike knows that I've been having car issues, and no AC, so he said "Stay put, I'll have it brought right over." His awesome dad delivered the sandwich to my place ❤️Y'all these subs will feed your whole herd ? This thing was HEFTY. I don't call this the Wicked sub, I'm calling it a manwhich from now on. It had turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, pepperoni, cheddar, provolone, pepperjack, a whole farm, plus a whole garden ? If you want this sandwich, you can only get it here, their Which Which made only Wicked sub.

I hope I'm reviewing the right location. Yelp says this has a Jackson address, but I'm trying to review the one in Flowood. It looks like it's in the right spot on the map. If this is the Flowood location, I've always had a positive experience any time I've come here. Staff are extremely friendly, and the food is good. I come here pretty much once a week now during my lunch break. I've always loved sandwiches, and between this place and Jersey Mike's (I don't go there as often due to the higher price), I'm pretty set! Keep it up!
