Food was great and we enjoyed the live music and laid back atmosphere. The service was not good whatsoever. Our waitress could not answer simple questions that were normal questions, which I get she might be new, until she stated she had worked there for "only" 3 months. We asked for a drink in a kid's cup, a water, and a drink menu for beer. Our waitress stated they didn't have a drink menu and also could not name any beer they had and didn't know the...
If you want go get a drink with some entertainment it's a good local place, however, if you're planning on going with a large party to eat and drink then think twice. The kitchen can't handle but one type of entrée at a time and some of our party never got there food. Someone with more restaurant experience could really make this a great success.
Today a group of 7 of us drove to eat at Foothills from Pelahatchie where we volunteer at a charity. My order arrived after about an hour, and there was not even an apology. The other 6 with me were completely finished and had to wait for me. It was not crowded and I was very disappointed. The food is good, but when you can’t get an order to a customer in a reasonable amount of time, I would think you should personally show some amount of concern.
