My granddaughter and I have been coming here for the past two years. I teach at FHS and she attends FES. One of the employees just walked up to me and said that my granddaughter is not ten years old and I owe them money. She said it four times. Though I assured her that she is, indeed, ten, they simply replied, “Really?” This is not ok. If you question it, then ask. Don’t accuse. They’ve lost our business.
