This was a pleasant surprise. I wasable to get a fried chicken meal, and others got to enjoy burgers. Everything was delicious. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. I wish we had one near us!
For a fast food restaurant, this one is one of the best I've visited in a year or two. Warm greeting and welcome staff outside on Adirondack chair. Smiles by all staff and management inside. Their handmade ice cream shakes, strawberry ? is my favorite, are wonderful on these hot summer days. Great burgers and chicken. A slice of service excellence with a topping of great food. Congrats to the family, staff, and of course management where it begins and ends.
I came in about 7 on Saturday night. I think Jack's has great fried chicken, and tonight they were on top of their game. The staff was friendly and I was served right away. The chicken was fresh and hot. I definitely recommend this location.
