What an amazing place. Simple, really good food.. served hot and fresh. Steaks cooked and seasoned perfectly.. the prices are incredibly reasonable. We stop here every time we are in Red bay

We ate there 4-3-25 ordered 16oz ribeye steak. Don’t think it was steak. The meat looked like a large pork chop without the bone The meat was whiteish in color and not the color of beef steak. Ordered medium and inside was not red but a white color leaning to a pork chop. Very disappointing. We are out of towners and go there for the steak. This was our 5th visit and most likely our last when in town. In conclusion our opinion we did not get the steak we ordered and was given a substitute

The food is delicious! One of the best steaks I have ever had. The wait can get long since the food is so good. Can be a little crowded at times.

Very popular local place, they were very busy waited in line for 40 minutes. We were there right at peak time. The place is not fancy at all. The servers are very nice, very impressed with the great service. We tried the onion rings and chicken livers for appetizers. All were fresh, hot and tasty. Items on the salad bar were fresh and plentiful. Choice of side, slaw or salad & toast. Baked potatoes were steaming hot, steak was cooked to our liking.

This was my wire and I first time eating here. They opened at 5 pm. There was already a crowd gathered to go in when they opened. We were seated by a friendly lady. We had to wait about 20 minutes to place our order. When we did our drinks and appetizers were brought before my wife got her salad. Our food came out super fast. Our food was delicious. I did notice alot of people gathered waiting g to be seated. All the tables were filled. The waitresses worked together to ensure everyone was happy with everything. We will be back. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Love the food and the service has been awesome

We always come away with having had a great meal here and great service. The atmosphere can be a little hit or miss depending on when you eat there and how crowded it is, how long the wait it, or how noisy and such. The owners and staff strive to provide a good meal and dining experience. We have eaten here many times and I've eaten most things on the menu. I have never had anything here I didn't like and they do an above average job at cooking the meats to the wellness you requested. Their salad bar is outstanding with a varied variety of items but the salad bowls are those sort of small cheaply made wooden- like bowls. They bring in quite the crowd as this restaurant is only opened the latter part of the week and on the weekend nights. Parking can be tricky if you have never eaten here. The restaurant sits on a little hill with a circle type drive and a couple large trees to park around/navigate in and out. There is usually overflow parking in a lot across the road from the restaurant. If it's crowded or tables are full, there is a sign up for tables. The side door is actually where you go in and the front door (near the cash register) is where you exit. There are tables that seat 4 and larger tables, and tables can be pulled together usually in certain areas as well for a bigger group. They have a child's and/or sr meal section on the menu. The food is prepared fresh after ordering. There is only 1 bathroom that is just a single toilet and 1 sink bathroom. It is usually kept clean but the bathroom door opens right into the dining area, so it is sort of unnerving to use for fear a door locking mishap could occur and there you would be. Lol.
