Food is amazing! I only gave a 3 on the atmosphere bc I usually call in my orders and I’m in and out quickly so I can’t honestly say I’ve experienced the “atmosphere” fully. However I’m always greeted and treated nice as soon as I enter!

1 South will always hold a special place in my heart, and they know why!! ❤️ We have eaten just about everything on the menu and have never gotten anything that wasn’t good. Ricky can cook a mean ribeye and filet… the shrimp is so so good… crawfish season, this is where you want them from…. Superb!! And that blooming onion… y’all… just go get you one!! 💕😊

This has become one of my family's favorite restaurants. It's a laid-back family-friendly atmopshere. The staff is friendly and the food is always great. The best time of year is crawfish season! 🦞 I've had crawfish all over the Delta and this place has the best. My husband always gets the chicken strip platter. I've also had the blackened catfish and it was delicious. Also - the sodas are never flat! That's a huge plus for me, ha. Everything is good!

The food here was so good!! Our server's were so nice and on top of everything! We ordered a blooming onion for an appitizer and it did not disappoint! We ordered the catfish fillet sandwich,it came with two large fillets,seasoned well, and a helping of my choice of fries. A Cheeseburger,with everything and with bacon it's extra but worth it, plus some corn nuggets. Our drinks were never empty. It's definitely a home town kind of place and worth the stop! Thank y'all so much!

Kid-friendliness: We did not have our kid's with us.but there were kids in there and it was a friendly atmosphere at lunch time.

Fried pickles were great… it took 15 minutes before we were asked for drinks and appetizer/order then another 35 to get our app then it took an hour thirty to get our food. My husband never got his fries. Both my kiddos got the wrong sides and I ordered boiled shrimp with a potato and was informed after they brought my food that I waited for for almost 2 hours that there was no cocktail sauce. Boiled shrimp is always served with cocktail and if I would have known there wasn’t any I would have ordered something different. The only things I can brag about there are the fried pickles and my husbands fried shrimp. I never write reviews but this was a horrible experience and we won’t be back.
