They mess up your order every time! How hard is ”NO MAYONNAISE”? But no, they cover your sandwich in a gallon of it.

I’m writing to inform all customers about the Burger King Store on 1603 Hwy 82 Greenville MS 38703….The Manger Lanette and her employee Katrina Jackson took my order threw the drive-thru for a small whopper meal…which was $8.99 with tax $9.72 I gave $20.75 and they gave me $1.04 back for change and told me I didn’t give them the amount…plus had me wait over 30 mins goin back and fourth….THEY TOOK MY MONEY and treated me like trash I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from hear……SUPER POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Rude rude rude female working window at 5:30 am on 8-10-24 . I wish my best friend still owned this business she would be properly dealt with . Signed - Former customer. McDonalds employee earned a bonus tip at 5:40 am , she was fantastic!

Order food from burger king last night was missing a hamburger try to call the store no answer n this is the 2nd time I had food missing the first time I got a 2 chicken sandwich meal but the chicken on each sandwich was broken n half that's a shame I would not eat there
The last three times I have ordered here, my order was missing items. Went tonight and got an order to go. I was checking the items as they gave them to me. A guy wanted to know what I was doing. I told him I was making sure I got everything I ordered. His comment was I am here tonight, you are holding me up, now pull up. I pulled ahead and waited for the rest of my order. Once I checked I was missing items. I went in and told Mister I am here that I was missing items. He started screaming what did this guy order. A young got them came over to get the rest of my items. It seems most of the staff is always rude including the managers on duty. For the prices they charge the staff could be a little nicer, and more professional. I am starting to think maybe I should patronize McDonalds more, since it seems as if Burger King has a enough business they can afford to run it off. Just maybe upper management should be looking into how they're establishments are ran.

Didn't have the firey nuggets dispite them being advertised all over the restaurant and menu board. Right in front of the drive through menu in the middle of the lane the concrete is a jagged mix of concrete and deep holes that will destroy any vehicles that it encounters. No warning cones or barrels or caution tape of any kind. Took them forever to aknowledge my existence and take my order then was rude when i got to the window.

Terrible food. Tried the new Melt. Only one side of the bun was toasted. The melted cheese tots were TERRIBLE. WORST BURGER KING meal ever.
