This was a spur of the moment Saturday outing with my family. Captain D's was very clean. The service we received was courteous, friendly & nice. The atmosphere was great! There were other people there, but they weren't loud or noisy at all. A person could have a conversation with the people at the table, & you didn't have to shout over anyone. The food was delicious & piping hot! Just the way you would want it to be. The waiter brought your food to your table & it didn't take long once you placed your order. It was just a nice family restaurant. Thank you for making it a great day with my family. 👍🏽🙂

This place use to be a decent fast food place to go to, but literally the last couple of times I've been here, the food is disappointing. From the catfish being really small a either not fresh or over cooked...to food options like broccoli, green beans, the basics not being available...and the drive thru equipment being so raggedy that you can't hear what's being said. Last night. I literally turned my car off, and I don't have a loud running vehicle just to sorta hear the lady on the intercom. And she was very nice-nasty. when we couldn't hear her she kept getting an attitude until she told us to just come to the window. This location has been here for far too long and gets way too much business to be that cheap to not fix broken appliances that's making it difficult for the employees and the customers. I'm definitely not going back for a while. It's way too overpriced to constantly receive underwhelming food and service.
