My absolute favorite restaurant in these United States. The steaks, the shrimp, the tamales, the spaghetti and the salad. All are so good. Try to go with enough people so you can order everything

Best hot tamales. I ask to eat there all the time when my parents would visit MS. 25 years later they still #1 .

My wife and I visited and were quickly seated. There is no shortage of food or flavor. I had a delicious rib eye and my wife had the shrimp. Great experience.

Exceptional steaks. Get the broiled shrimp, salad and garlic bread to kick off the meal.

Wow what a meal! Everything was amazing! We were greeted at the door by a very friendly waitress that seated us. We started out with the tamales and sautéed shrimp with garlic bread. The tamales were dang good but man those shrimp were the bomb! We both ordered the porthouse steak and man were they monstrous! They were both cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The filet side of the steak was unbelievably tender and favorable. The strip side which is generally tougher was almost as tender as the filet side. The waitress did an exceptional job taking care of us. Unbelievable meal, will definitely be back!

By far the best steak that I have had from a restaurant. I really like the minimalistic menu because they are specialist at what they do and it shows! The staff were really great. Despite being at full capacity, they were friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly. It was our date night and we drove almost 2hrs to get there. Totally worth it! If you are on the fence, give it a try! Take this as your sign from a very very picky person when it comes to my food.

Dad and I ate here while passing through town with a local friend. This place is amazing. It doesn't look like much from outside, but boy, when you get in, it's a trip. The whole place feels like you're home when you walk in. Doe (the owner) sat and chatted with us for quite a while as well as some other locals. The beers were cold, and the broiled shrimp was to die for. I've never in my life had shrimp that good. Now you talk about steak. If you can find a bigger ribeye in the lower 48, I'd be impressed! It was hot, tender, and perfect! Someday, I'll drive all ten hours just to come back down here and eat!
I will say too, the Sheriff's Deputy hanging out across the street all evening also made us feel much safer in the neighborhood. Seems like a guy might want to watch his p's and q's down in that area when you're not inside the restaurant...

I can go to Sam's club buy a rack of ribeyes take them have them cut into 1 in thick steaks generally get 16 steaks put a little rub on them cook on the grill and they're better than what I had it does'not eat place. First putting up with having to have security to get in and out of the place should have told me drive away. To say that the steak was not edible would be a lie but the truly only good part of my porterhouse was the filet and the other half was tough and chewy and not cooked correctly. Six beers and two cold drinks two porterhouse steaks and two ribeye steaks came to 422$ I would suggest you save your money and save your travel time and go anywhere but Does eat place. At least the one in Green, wherever I was in mississippi, ps if all that, don't run you off, the heat will.
