I really wish I had taken pictures, but this was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received. It was dry, burnt in spots, full of air pockets, and had barely any cheese—despite me specifically asking (and paying) for extra cheese and extra sauce.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty that night was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake. She refused to do anything until I came in person and made me get out of line twice. On the third attempt, I’d had enough and just asked for a refund. I was simply trying to feed my family, and the quality of that pizza was so poor, I wouldn’t have even fed it to my dogs.
The wings were actually good, but the pizza was terrible. It took over an hour to finally get my refund, and I honestly don’t think they ever even remade the pizza like they said they would.
So take my advice—don’t go there late in the evening. It was a little after 8 PM when all this happened. Maybe their lunchtime service is better, but based on this experience, I won’t be taking that chance again.

Every time we order pizza at night it be cold, or wrong but seeing that it is the only place in Greenville that deliver, we have no choice the line be long in the drive thru the night mangers are rude, best time to order from them is the day time.

I placed an order at 7:42 and when I finally talked to someone at the store at 10:05 I was told that my 4 pizzas have been sitting on the heat rack. I asked her how long it’s been there and all she said was that they were backed up. I have the tracker on the app and it said the PIZZAS WERE DONE BY 8:40. So they have been just sitting there for over an hour and they expect full payment for those pizzas! This Dominos is horrible. Smdh!?

I ordered two pizzas, both were burned. My pizzas were made again and the second time the pizzas were darker than the original order. The employee Jerimah was making the pizzas and taken phone calls and typing on the keyboard and did not wash his hands. He asked if I wanted him to remake my pizzas again which I told him no! This is not a clean restaurant!!!
Soooo.....I got home tonight and there was a cooked fly on my son's slice of pizza. Whole dinner is now ruined!!!! Thanks another Dominios. We ordered 5 pizzas and now we can't trust them. Yep....I need a call with resolution. Thanks.

This was the first time visiting Greenville Domino's, and it's my last. Accessing the drive-through lane was a bit confusing, but I finally got there. The lady at the window was friendly enough. She provided napkins and plates upon request. I had to ask her not to forget the tots. I had ordered two different pizzas and the tots. The pizzas and the tots were overcooked (I'd call them burned). Everything tasted the same, flat/bland, and indistinguishable from everything else. Had it been my first Domino's experience, it would have been my last. I won't be going back.
