The place had a very obvious mexican theme but the place just seems run down and alittle...dirty. Everything seemed like it needed a new coat of paint and a hardcore deep scrub. Worst of all the salsa was very very mid.

I'm specifically rating their Barilla tacos. They're absolutely delicious! The meat is shredded roast beef and they come with a beef consomme for dipping, along with tomatillo salsa, diced onion and cilantro. A plate of three makes two meals for me.

First, I asked for an order to go to three different people. Last man sweared up and down they didn’t have a supreme burrito. Pulled out their own menu just to show me they have a supreme burrito. Then I asked if the had military discount. He asked for my ID, analyzed it as if it was a fake ID, and held on to it for atleast 20 seconds looking at it , just to charge us full price anyways. The order was to go. Not sure how you can get this rude this quick.

Great food I had the chimichanga special. This was a great plate with shrimp, beef, chicken chimichangas. My wife had a shrimp, chicken and rice plate. I do not remember the name, but it was good. The service here is excellent and I would recommend stopping by here.

My daughter went to this restaurant and they messed her order up so she asked for the manager.. the manager was so rude and prejudiced until he was like their fixing your food and totally lied so she paid for the food and the manager said you can pay for the food on the table and leave! She didn’t even eat the food but she paid… never ever patronize these people everrrrr
Customer service was terrible. Waiter brought food to table and we did not see him anymore. Spoke to manager and he didn’t care. He was rude as well. I guess that’s why the place was empty. I hope they get shut down because he did t check ID for liquor either!!!!!

El Toro is literally my fav Mexican restaurant to go to. This time I got their birria tacos and they were so scrumptious! You get a lot of meat in those 3 birrias and the spicy sauce and fresh cilantro just makes it hit!

The place is dirty with food on the walls, poor service. Mixed blended drink was not blended and couldn’t drink through a straw they gave you. The straws for the cups sit down inside the glass of tea and was useless. With four other people eating here the waiter spent most of his time with the group of Mexicans. Asked for more salsa never brought it. Food was even slower to come out to table
