We stopped in while on vacation
The place was nice. It was fairly slow since it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday.
We went to the restaurant. Food was really good. We enjoyed it.
When we were leaving, we picked up extra food for dinner that night. We traveled in the RV to our overnight stay

Google maps said $88 a night but actually $250. First hotel room I've stayed in without a mini fridge. Better room at a Best Western. Family style restaurant was basically a sit down takeout restaurant. Luke warm food on styrofoam trays.

When I checked in the staff was very helpful. The room was nice and spacious, however there were bedbugs in my room. I informed the staff that I had been bitten for two nights and actually found bedbugs and they moved us to a smaller room. I contacted the manager who took my info and said the director would call me to rectify the situation and a week later he still hasn't reached out.

First and foremost we go to check in just to find out they gave my room away even though I reserved it. Then they are all book and tried to give a room I did not reserve which is not going to work. I have kids. Then to top all this up they have the nerve to tell me basically on Fridays your reservation does not matter it's first come first serve, I wish they would have told me that when they called me 3 times to make sure they could use my card. I am so upset right now if I could rate this mf hotel a 0 I would have.

My husband and I booked 3 nights there. This was our second visit and our last. We were there for our 34th Anniversary. The bathroom had fresh urine in the toilet when we walked in. Called front desk for housekeeper to come in and clean. She had an attitude like we had done something wrong. Very disappointed in the service. Would not recommend anyone stay there.

Just visited the casino. As usual never walk out of there with anything.

Good beds, lighting in the bathroom wasn't at all good to apply makeup. Jacuzzi and shower. No good TV channels.

The cleaning wasn’t up to par. When you ask for coffee or towels, they give you the bare minimum. You have to ask everyday. They have no microwave or small refrigerators. There was a small tear in the bedspread. I think it needs an update for sure. Beds were comfortable. Only 2 of the jets worked in the tub. The sunset was fabulous. It’s in the country, which is nice. Don’t get a room by the elevators. Noisy. Christmas decor was spectacular!

Nearby activities: The Casino is there. The cafe was ok. Bar Louie was too high. Drinks in the front lobby are cheaper. Bottle of water at the cafe was ridiculous!

Safety: A lot of ppl hanging around outside the doors. One said he could warm me up. 🙄

Walkability: Lots of walking inside!

I’ve been in hospitality for over 24 years and have traveled all over the world and this is the very first hotel that has accommodated me and asked for a $100 incidental and your not allowed to use it to charge a bottle of soda and chips to your room. I would not want to assume that the location is the reason for this rule but I will definitely reach out to the gaming commission because incidentals are another way to make money.

My 3rd time to the Louies Steakhouse and they haven’t disappointed other than a bit slow but the food has been great. The bacon wrapped shrimp are killer , so are the baby back ribs, ribeye steaks and twice baked potatoes. Delicious crab cakes with an Orleans sauce poured. The bartender also fixes a stout drink

When there for dinner with my aunt and the food was not to be desired, I had the seafood boil, It wasn’t good to me at all.

there are bugs in the room. the hallway and reception area smells like weed. there’s no fridge or microwave in the room.
