I come to Jacks at least once or twice a week. Y’all need to try their biscuits and gravy! It’s out of this world! The crew is very attentive and friendly. The chicken is delicious, and they have an excellent big BLT sandwich! Give them a try! You won’t regret it!

The food, when available, is always consistently good. The service, much like everywhere else in Greenville, leaves a whole lot to be desired.
This store almost never has their drive thru window open; forcing patrons to come inside to order. You can also count on an attitude from their counter staff when you do go inside. Don't expect polite conversation from them and don't dare ask them how their day is going. You'll only be met with eye rolls and grunts under their breath.
And biscuits? If you want them, order them early. They don't make enough to carry them through breakfast hours.

I love Jack’s French fries. It’s what keeps me coming back. But the service is hit or miss. I ask if there is cutlery in the bag and am told yes - but it’s not. I drive around when told to drive around and am told they tried to tell me they didn’t have the drink I ordered but I drove away. I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal, leg & thigh. They said they only have breasts unless I want to wait 5 minutes. I told them I do t mind waiting. My receipt had thigh & wing. I got 2 wings - my least favorite piece of chicken. I also didn’t get a straw. It’s a good thing I keep extra straws and cutlery in my car. But I can’t do anything about the legs. 😫 So many times they don’t have the special they are advertising, or they are out of “meat” meaning beef, or don’t have a number of different drinks. I’ve worked fast food and at the window. It’s challenging at times, but I’ve don’t things that are way harder. There is much room for improvement.

Went to Jack’s for a late night ice cream cone. Waited for over 20 minutes. The line got very long behind us. You could hear the employees laughing and giggling having a good time but the service sucked. I think you need to close your business down because you don’t take care of your customers that try to keep you open. Ice cream was dripping on employee and had the car ahead of us food tucked in his armpit

I'm a chicken lover so when ever I want chicken I going to get chicken daily when I tell u for this place to sell chicken n burgers and they never have chicken or the pieces u want is a total disappointment n when they have chicken u get dry chicken thats been holding for 3 hours that's according to what the manager says holding time, hold at the for 1:30 n at the button for n 1:30 like really. This is a new restaurant in my city n it's awful the chicken is great and delicious when it's fresh n held properly but for them to never have chicken damn near every time I go is ridiculous it's saddened me wen the corporate left cuz that poor restaurant has went down, and that BLT Sandwich is dryer than a mouth full of crackers just sad

I was here on Monday Jan 20,25. Employees arguing back and forth in front of customers & talking back to each other. I couldn’t finish my breakfast. One young man said he wanted a raise. Very disrespectful to ladies working window and to manager on duty. Butter was floating on grits. Today is Wednesday 1/22. Your personal is horrible. They roll their eyes. Went together my receipt she couldn’t find it. What a store.
