pathetic customer service! Orders always wrong, or out of chicken, wait times over 20 minutes, or no apologies when wrong order is returned. SMH
Went to get the livers for Thursday, since I had gotten some another day and they were good. I ordered a dinner and an extra livers! Got home the livers were so tough I couldn’t eat them!! Took them back the next day, was told they only cook them on Thursday!! The ones I had had to be cooked the Thursday before! I told the manager to not worry about!! I won’t be going back
Greenville ms. Masks were around their chins, has gloves on but same from the last few customers, they ask me to put my card in a tray for everyone's safety but then she ran my card and rubbed it all in the gloves when I asked about it she said she didn't do it the manager was right there looking at me when her mask on her chin and would not speak to me. I asked her name and she told them to shut the window. Customer service is out so sorry
