Absolutely horrible. First the drive thru is rude. The food is trash. And the wings are huge and wet, veiny and slippery. I had full faith in this kfc. I have no idea what this dark greenish weird hard mushy, wannabe chicken is. I had to pray the crust was ok. Only thing i could eat . Straight trash. Along with the energy at the drive . Energy is trash food is trash I feel sorry for you locals. DO BETTER.

Ordered 8 piece dinner. Waited 20 minutes inside for order. 10 min ride home and there's only 4 pieces in the box?. 10 min ride back, got my other 4 pieces without an apology or anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service. The last time I was there I was told they were out of chicken! It is always something at this place. Guess I've learned my lesson!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! No one came in the speaker at the drive through. I drove around to the window and she tells me the drive through is down. I asked why wasn't there a note on the speaker/Window, She states "Well its not down, We're waiting on the next person to come in at 5:00".... it was 5:11. She goes on to say, I have to come in. Which is a inconvenience for me. I asked if I could sit at the windows because my order was already place and paid for online. She also says I have to come in. After going back and forward about me having to come in because they are down a worker, she asked me to pull over and she will bring it to me. Get my food that I have been anticipating all day and it's NASTY.!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED ALL THE WAY AROUND.!! Did a review on KFC site, clicked for someone to contact me with 48hrs and it's been days, still haven't heard from anyone.!!

Customer service I give 5 stars to lil lady name Nyla who just got on duty she was kind maybe she should be a manager or be shift manager or some cause she was super honest in very helpful with a refund after a 30min wait ! For 3 old tender and hard biscuit no fries just sad but Ty Nyla they need more like you working !

Went to get the livers for Thursday, since I had gotten some another day and they were good. I ordered a dinner and an extra livers! Got home the livers were so tough I couldn’t eat them!! Took them back the next day, was told they only cook them on Thursday!! The ones I had had to be cooked the Thursday before! I told the manager to not worry about!! I won’t be going back
