The lady who answered the phone at 4:38 on 12/21/23 showed no customer service. She talked over me while I tried to explain my situation. She assumed I had incorrectly ordered dinner during breakfast hours. Then after she finished yelling at me and telling me to listen to her and only then I was awarded the privilege to tell her my order was placed during dinner hours and that there system had shut down she responded in a very nasty way that I have to call back at 8 am when her boss gets in to work. Then proceeded to hang up in my face. That's not the way you treat anyone, especially someone who's spending there hard earned money. Not to mention adding to your job security.

This review is specific to the food quality reference preparation. Five out of four (one not as bad as the others); that's 50% of the item ordered were undercooked. I called the number listed for that location and got a voice mail claiming the person wasn't available so I left a message describing the issue. This certainlynot the first time I have had an issue with receivibg under cooked food - in the past in 2019 it was half raw tenders, then in 2020 and in 2021 it was like warm and spoiled tasting and undercooked burger patties (that was their angus beef) in an expensive sandwich. Rather than drive back which I know they count on happening, I didn't throw them out since I came home instead I recooked them but they need to understand that this unacceptable and creates a health issue red salmonella poisoning and other foodborne issues.

The manager along with one of the employees were not helpful at all. Instead of attempting to figure out problem, she became the problem. Her statement, “We don’t have the app in here!” The QP didn’t have the correct meat on it and the drink was watery, The fries were the only thing worth it.
