No way this place has that low a star rating. Came in for breakfast today and I was greeted with the friendliest staff and best food. Everyone was so nice and happy. Actually made my day better. Thanks!

The food was horrible. The mcchicken sandwich was dry as a powder box, the drink tasted like bathroom water as always. McDonald’s y’all need to prep up.

There was no response at the drive thru, so I had to drive to the window to order. The person assigned to take the order rudely demanded, "What do you want?" I guessed my presence must have been an inconvenient intrusion, but I placed my order anyway. As usual, the service was slow despite the fact it was midmorning, and there were only two cars ahead of me. The food wasn't hot, and the tortillas on my breakfast burritos were doughy.

Sat in the outside drive-thru while four and five cars were served on the inside drive thru. When inside to advise the store manager of the issue and she said there was no issue instead of thanking us for bringing the deficiency to her attention. I will not spend another dollar at this establishment. Customer service is key to success. I would have been happy if she would have just said thank you for bringing that to our attention sorry for the inconvenience instead of just brushing me off as a disgruntled customer.
