Staff isn't helpful and whole order was wrong. 2nd time in 2 weeks having issues with this location. Will not be going back

There was no response at the drive thru, so I had to drive to the window to order. The person assigned to take the order rudely demanded, "What do you want?" I guessed my presence must have been an inconvenient intrusion, but I placed my order anyway. As usual, the service was slow despite the fact it was midmorning, and there were only two cars ahead of me. The food wasn't hot, and the tortillas on my breakfast burritos were doughy.

Kiosks make the ordering process easy. The staff is generally attentive and friendly. No issues receiving an incorrect or wrong order.

Sat in the outside drive-thru while four and five cars were served on the inside drive thru. When inside to advise the store manager of the issue and she said there was no issue instead of thanking us for bringing the deficiency to her attention. I will not spend another dollar at this establishment. Customer service is key to success. I would have been happy if she would have just said thank you for bringing that to our attention sorry for the inconvenience instead of just brushing me off as a disgruntled customer.

BECAUSE, WHEN I SAY NO PICKLES ? ,NO ? CHEESE, AND NO ONIONS AND A CHICKEN SANDWICH I GOT SPICY SANDWICH!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! AFTER ALL THAT TIME WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU. THEY STILL CANT COMPREHEND ANYTHING!!!! HIGHLY UPSET!! AND DRY A** NUGGETS. OVER COOKED!!!!!

I've always enjoyed there food and beverage for many years...yet lately they have trouble with making me a senior coffee with my order

The food was alright but cold. The service was absolutely terrible. A double cheese burger, small fry and 4 piece nugget took 20 mins to get and another 10 min just to get a cup with ice. They had almost no sodas, and 4 Managers on shift. 4 managers and all that chaos, they should be embarrassed and put on a regular uniform like the rest if they can't handle a rush. One manager walked out during all the chaos because she needed to go get cheese. Worst Mcdonald I've been to by far. It's unfortunate because the inside is nice, but the staff just sucks to say the least.

MORNING SATURDAY SHIFT have a serious problem !! They are unprofessional and act as if your bothering them .. attitudes for no reason… food passing window I don’t know if she’s a lil manager or what but she came to the window with an attitude and everybody looking
In the car as if she’s saying something with the window close .. intercom girl RUDE, unprofessional and just ratchet .. this is why i stick to hwy 82 … if you don’t wanna be a restaurant worker goto win job and find something better to do then pass bad energy ugh …. Just ghetto I should of called corporate

The drive thru person is better but they still are a bit abrasive late night. The older lady was real b. But live the food
