Called to place an order. Told the guy I wanted Cajun pasta, plain cheeseburger with nothing on it (asked if I wanted this and that,said no just plain), ordered another cheeseburger with everything, ordered honey gold chicken wings. Go to pick up the order, they only gave us Cajun pasta and one cheeseburger. No chicken wings because he thought I wanted honey gold sauce on the burger and missing a burger. Now having to sit and wait on another burger and just said forget the wings because it was going to be even longer. If you are going to place a phone order, have someone that can understand what is being ordered.

NO WAY JOSE is the correct name for this restaurant. Service is horrible, as we walked it everyone is standing on their cell phones. The young Hispanic lady was standing in the kitchen rubbing her lips and talking.We told the Hispanic guy 4 ppl he just gave us 2 menus chips and salsa came to us quickly from the lip lady We tried to get her attention but she just walked away. Our server came over walking sluggish. we asked for 2 more menus, and she got them slowly just dropped them off. Then, she took about 10 minutes and never came back she was just on her phone. We just got up and left. I guess when they put an automatic 15% tip to your bill, they can give you crappie service. Unsure why they are busy. I guess ppl don’t care how they are served. Sorry I won't give a place my money if you don't want it. I definitely won't be back. Please clean up the better. Our table and chairs/ booth was nasty.

Over all just OK. Also, I don’t mind tipping, and will normally tip more than 15%, but don’t charge “an automatic 15% gratuity” and call it a gratuity. It removes incentive for service, and is in poor taste.

Waitress got my drink order wrong. I asked for unsweet tea, got sweet tea. Can't drink sweet tea as I have blood sugar issues. The food (tostada ceviche) was good. I would have enjoyed it more if the loudest person in Greenville hadn't been at the next table.

outta town for work almost didn't eat here because of the reviews but glad I did.. food was great!!! service was fast!!! and it fairly priced not sure y folks said they added a tip maybe they had a more people idk but I DIDN'T get charged a 15% tip.. will definitely go again!!!
