I put one star so I could post this. It should be 0 stars. This place is the worst. To start the waitress was pushy outside was a big group of people hanging around the food wad just nasty. The hamber steak was overcooked the rice was undercooked. It was cold coming to the table. The salad was just a bowl of lettuce. When the bill came the waitress wouldn't leave your table till you paid. Then I looked at the bill and there was a 13 dollar tip automatically added. But then the bill was one price but my card was charged a higher price. That's credit card fraud. Will be filing charges for the waitress. Stay away from this place

Long wait time for food - I think the server took my money and forgot about me. When I saw a group that came in after me get served I enquired about my food. I got it 15 minutes after I had been waiting 35 minutes. Ordered 2 salads and 2 loaded baked potatoes. Got home, NO BAKED POTATOES. I’ve tried calling, but no one is answering????

The service was accurate, prompted, and pleasantly professional. Mr. Michael , our waiter, was amazing. He was pleasant, remembered our order and all the condiments we requested- thro the food was so perfectly seasoned that we didn’t need it. Ms. Jackie, the cook, made the best tender Ribeye steak, perfectly medium well as we requested. Ms. Katie made a perfect Steak Quesadillas and Fried Green Tomatoes appetizers. I love this place. Please come out the try their Ribeye dinner and appetizers. We will be back. Thanks so much to Mr. Michael, Ms. Jackie, and Ms. Katie for such AMAZINGLY GREAT FOOD & SERVICE!!!

My first time ever visiting this restaurant and the service was horrible. I went with a party of about 20 and we were turn around because we were told that they could not cook for all of us due to them have only one cook, all the while other customers continued to get seated. I’m sure the owner is not aware of how much money including tips that they lost, and the killer part of it all is that the one cook was sitting at bar doing absolutely nothing. So we took El Toros our business and was accommodated with no problem.

The service was outstanding! This was our first time here, and Nicole took excellent care of us. The folks at the front desk were so quick to get us seated and very nice also, but Nicole took care of us like we were guests in her own home. We will def be back.

Well...it was the 4th of July, and many places were closed. We were on a road trip and spending the night in the area. First, I was in shorts, and the chairs were dirty. Yuck. The waitress was friendly, and she was trying, but she needs a little more training. I ordered the hamburger steak, and when my husband ordered the pork chop meal, she indicated that the pork chop would take a little longer. I thought okay, we aren't in a hurry. Well, she brought my salad, iceburg lettuce, in a Styrofoam bowl with plastic utensils, along with my meal. My husband got his salad. His meal followed later. Someone should tell her to bring both salads, then tell the kitchen to have both meals ready to come out hot at the same time. Timing was bad. She was running around helping people. She was trying. Then when she ran my credit card, it was not for our table! We were charged wrong. She said she voided it, and re-ran it. Now I'll have to watch my credit card charges. Just not the best experience. That said, both meals were pretty tasty.

Me And My Family Came here last night to celebrate my cousin birthday and we had a party of 15 service was excellent food was so good on point we had a great time we had the best waitress ever she was on point with taking our orders getting refills she was amazing I have eaten here at this restaurant in a matter of 2 months like 4 times now and the food and service is always good.
Had a terrible experience yesterday at this establishment. I was charged $1.50 for just water, which I have never been charged before. I should've been informed that it was a charge for water, that way I could've ordered a drink so I can get refills. I ordered the hamburger steak with rice and gravy and the rice was really hot with cold gravy on top. I ended up leaving due to the food not being up to par and also the flies were ridiculous!

I was visiting from out of town, and this place was recommended. The food was okay, but the place was not the cleanest. My family enjoyed the fried tamales, and my aunt enjoyed her steak. The chairs were dirty, so we had to exchange some that were at our table. One of the bathrooms was disgusting. It is not a place I would visit again.

Kid-friendliness: My nephiews age 14 and 9 found fòods they enjoyed---they are picky eaters---but ate almost all of their plates. The portions were huge. Thanks to the friendly, plesant, and thourough staff.
