Terrible customer service I believe they automatically took out a tip, staff was rude and manager was ruder. Food terrible bought catfish basket fish had pink area inside so I believe it wasn’t cooked all the way fries were terrible macaroni and cheese was worse than fries and catfish. There was too many staff hanging out at desk not interested in providing customer service. Was served with plastic, cheap, silverware and packets of tarter sauce and packets of mayonnaise. The receipt showed over $4 of what the basket cost I did not want to bring it up to staff or manager because table behind me was already sending food back and table in front was asking for money back.

If you’re one that has expectations of what a normal hotel would offer you as you travel about this beautiful country, you will be very disappointed in Harlow’s casino resort and hotel. Sorry fast food “restaurant” with condescending or inattentive staff, very limited menu, and uncomfortable beds will be what is offered at the end of your weary day. Please save yourself sad disappointment by staying away from this dreary, apathetic place.

I got this hotel room as a last minute sort of thing because I decided to Greenville as a spur of the moment. I only needed one night's stay so I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal. Also, I needed to have an internet connection the next morning because I had an important Zoom meeting in New Mexico to attend. So, my plan was to get up in the morning take a quick shower and prep for the meeting. Well, when I woke up at 7:30 I noticed a letter on the desk saying that they will have a power outage between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 am so I just thought hey, they must have already had the outage, I'm good to go. So, I started logging into the hotel's WiFi connection getting prepped for the meeting. The connection seems all good to go, now I'm all read. I have a little over an hour to wait for the meeting since it's almost 8:30 in MS which means it's 7:30 in NM. Well, not even 2 min. later, the power goes out. It's well outside of the 6-8 am the letter stated. Ok, all is still not lost. I can get my son up and we could both take a shower. Well guess what, apparently the power must be tied to a well or something because the was nearly no water pressure. So, now I'm really pissed because it's really difficult to take a shower in the dark with no water pressure and I still have the meeting. So, we shower with what little water pressure is left, gather our things up (in the dark mind you) and try to head to my brother's house to set things up for the meeting there. I have to tell you, it's a real pain in the a** to pack up your belongings and find your way to a stair well to exit the hotel in the freaking DARK! This was the crappiest hotel experience I've ever had, and I gotta tell you, I've stayed at some really crappy hotels. And all of this for the low, low price of 174 bucks! If there's a way to give a negative star, this hotel is very deserving of it! I'm as mad as a rained on rooster!!!! F**K HARLOW'S!!!!
