Food not bad, it's good most the time. Unfortunately, lately the service and presentation has declined. It's obviously a family business. I've been in there and kids go straight behind the counter from outside, eating out the food, no hand wash or nothing. Decided to treat a coworker to lunch there the other day and it was terrible. You can actually see the the food just sitting out in bins, with nothing covering it up. Flies everywhere!! A lady in the back making plates, and literally grabbing food with her bare hands. Then looking at you like you doing some wrong. Smh, so disgusting and unsanitary. Won't be visiting again

This was my second visit here at Scoops. The first time I had a small cup of gumbo, it was okay. Each day is a different lunch menu for $13.00 per person. This isn't bad if you want comfort food. 👍🏻 They also have a regular menu where you can order other items. Those prices are kinda reasonable under $20.00. I had the ruben 🥪 sandwich with potato 🥔 salad. Other family members weren't impressed. The burger 🍔 meat was very dry. The hot roast beef sandwich with gravy was very disappointing. It was everything but hot 🥵 The cheese 🧀 looked old, & the gravy was cold. 🥶 A lot of people had been raving about Scoops but never believed in the hype. 🤗 Oh yes, 1 more thing they do have a variety of delicious ice cream.. 😜😋

Every time we go to Greenville I beg my boyfriend to eat lunch/dinner at Scoops! Every time I have been there it has been phenomenal. It’s also the only place I can find my favorite ice cream. 100/10!

The food was great and service is excellent, parking is scarce so come early. Will definitely visit again and get pictures of the food.
The past 2 times I've been there I got the lunch specials and they got it wrong both times. The food is good but getting it right is another thing.
