My bacon was burnt. The Blt was sloppy as hell. Old lettuce,soggy tomatoes, too much mayo. And they don't want to remake it!!!!! CLOSE THAT ONE UP TOO!!!! VET BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I placed an online order and sat there for 30 minutes after pressing the button the lady came out asked what I needed I told her it took them 15 more minutes to bring my order.. they then forgot my milkshake and said they’d be right back and I sat there for ten more minutes by the time I ate my food was ice cold

We didn't receive what we ordered ,,, but they was very busy and it was good anyways ,,, it was just a matter of a patty missing on 2 of our sandwiches,,, we ordered doubles and got singles ,,,, This was my first time ever having Sonic ,,, so i was kinda bummed it wasnt at all what i expected i felt like i was at a drive thru ,,,, not like a drive in,,,,
I don't understand how the "Food service" Work here. I order a large Coke & food. I checked my food but not my drink... as I was leaving, I tasted my drink, and it taste like Nasty acid. Looked in the top and it was clear, Like sprite. Obviously, whoever fixed my drink did not care that it was out. Its obvious you could look at it tell it wasn't correct. The car next to mine also sent their drinks back. A part of customer service is also providing quality food!

I ordered and waited over an hour for my food. Nevere got it! I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied.
My son & I eat here quite often for their #1 combo with onion rings. Their grape ? ? lemonade slush is very delicious. ? I have 1 pet peeve ? with the car hop. It's a male, not anyone else. When I go here, I get him from time to time. Each time I pay him, he asks me if I want my change? ??♀️ I don't know Sonic policy, ? but in my heart, I feel that he shouldn't ask anyone that. If someone wants to give a tip, they will.
