I enjoyed my snack today from Taco Bell. I visited via drive thru.

This was the first time in 6 years I have been to Taco Bell. It was totally different for me. The Lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful in helping me with my order. She was so wonderful and professional. The inside was clean and looked wonderful. I will surely be back.

The two ladies at the drive thru window had a terrible attitude and acted like they did not want to be there

Food was very in line for a Taco Bell experience. No complaints. Service was prompt and friendly. A team member even bid me goodbye by name as I left. That alone will bring me back.

They need to change the name to hard potato tacos ordered some and the potatoes was so hard I broke my last good tooth on it
All I had was a $100 bill. Said they don't have change for a $100. So people don't pay all day & night with 5"s, 10,s, and 20 dollar bills. Where is all that change?🤔

This what a side of rice and beans are $3.98 for 2 sides of rice .90 for 2 beans this wouldn't feel up a 6 month old child so sad
The chicken Cantina bowl and grilled steak burrito were very good. The service was good as well.
