Their delivery service sucks. Tried calling the store, of course no answer. Canceled my order. Will pay more somewhere else. I recommend anyone reading this do the same. Walmart is a joke

Most UNPROFESSIONAL place I've ever shopped. I visited October, 2021 and couldn't get the cashier to ring the price ADVERTISED for the merchandise I was buying. When I asked for a manager, I was informed that they were all off (8am on a Saturday) for a funeral and she couldn't "just change da price". Now again, I'm home visiting, goes to Walmart, the have disposable tablecloths on clearance. Needless to say, the items scan at regular price. The clerk says the same line I heard last year but tonight I'm in luck. . . The manager isn't funeralizing anyone!! He gives the same speech and I present him with pictures of the items, in the box, on the shelf with the clearance price and he tells me that "a CUSTOMER put dem in da wrong place". I proceeded to leave all $150+ of their merchandise with them because it's really the principal of it. SERIOUSLY Walmart - get it together!! It's really pathetic to visit home and have to deal with the levels of ignorance that I've encountered over the past 8 months.

It wasn't exactly the same as picture but they did a great job. The woman I talked too was the sweetest woman and made sure I could get it done on time. I asked for chocolate on top and white on bottom. And it tasted great! Loved the whole cake and experience!

My husband is working away from home in Cleveland, MS and got COVID-19. Since he needs to quarentine, I ordered some OTC medication online from Walmart for pick-up, and we arranged for one of his co-workers to pick the order up at the time specified. Not only was the order not ready, but they didn't tell us it was delayed until the co-worker was already there. We waited all evening for a notice that the order was ready for pick up, because my husband needed these medications that night. Well, the order is still "delayed" this morning, with no indication of when it will be ready. I called the store to see when the order would actually be ready - I called pick up twice and let the phone ring until it disconnected, nobody even answered. I called the main number to speak to an associate and let it ring until the phone disconnected - no answer. I finally just cancelled the order online, as we'll be shopping somewhere else from now on. I'm not sure you can even call this terrible customer service, as we couldn't get any service at all! If you're going to treat customers this badly, you might as well not even be open.

If you want to get a cake made here, don't! The bakery called me the day of my daughter's birthday to tell me that they "didn't understand the cake order". Garbage customer service! In addition to that they didn't really offer a solution to the problem, made it seem as if I was the problem.
