Wendy's here in Greenville, MS. Was one of the best. But lately it has been going down, especially later in the night before they close. If they have to cook it they will say they are out of it, when they are not.

Honestly, the drive-thru service here is terrible. The girl who takes the orders at the speaker is straight up rude every single time. She talks to people like they’re bothering her just by showing up. Zero customer service skills, no manners, and always got that nasty attitude like you’re not welcome. Super sarcastic tone, no respect at all.
Been here multiple times hoping it’d be different, but nope — same bad energy every time. It’s honestly enough to make me not come back. If management actually cares, they need to do something about that girl on drive-thru. She’s ruining the whole place

Sad place. Poor service and food. They just don't seem to care. Waited 15 minutes and was second in line. Lady at hotel said place is known for Poor service. Won't go back.
