Used app to order. Was charged for bacon. Did not receive bacon. Was back at work to eat my lunch. Should get what we order, especially since it was on receipt and paid.

Bathroom was horrible!!! One toilet had no seat, toilet paper and paper towels dispensers were all broken. Water when flushed in toilet was yellow. The dining area was fine, but seriously questioning the cleanliness of the staff if the bathroom doesn't have soap - eww.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The girl who gives your food to you at the window rolls her eyes when ask for the straw she shorted you. She has been known to throw drinks on customers, accuse customers of being on drugs and yell at customers. Her co-workers laugh at her childlike behavior. When I asked for the manager they lied and said she was on a corporate conference call at 6:10 pm on a Sunday 12/17/23. So I decided to walk in and wait with my family to speak to the manager. Turns out that within one minute she was off the phone and bagging fries while laughing and joking with a male employee. When I said I would like to speak to the manager, her response was “I will talk to you once all the customers are waited on. The girl from the window continue to roll her eyes and make faces at my husband, my son, and I. The other employees continued to laugh at her behavior. The manager continued to laugh with them and talk to the guy whom was the only person not finding all of their behavior amusing. The manager does not care and she supports the behavior horrible behavior of her employees. Also please be aware the these employees do all of this in front of your children. They have no respect for themselves, the business, nor anyone else. (Corporate is open for regular business hours if you call fyi.)

I hope they just had an off day. Food was terrible bacon was hard as beef jerky. Fries were old burger wasn't even hot. Ordered 3 cups of cheese sauce didn't get that. No ketchup place was a mess. Line was long and food was old not sure how that happens. I love Wendy's but this was beyond bad even for fast food. Waste of 15 bucks.... thanks

Where do I start? It would be easier to tell you what was right with my order, because there were only two things right, the bread and the chicken! I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken sandwich combo. I told them to make it a large combo with coke, and please no tomato on the sandwich. Simple enough right? Well apparently not! This is what is received: instead of large fries and coke, I got medium fries and drink, which wasn't even coke. It was Dr Pepper (I hate Dr Pepper). The chicken sandwich only had one small piece of limp lettuce, and a small amount of the ghost Pepper Ranch sauce. That was ALL that was on the sandwich. There was NO ghost Pepper cheese, and NO ghost Pepper fried onions at all. Which are 2 of the main ingredients. I felt really cheated. I would have driven back there since it's close to my house, but it was a long day at work and I was tired, so I just said forget it. How can one order, with just one combo on it, go so wrong you ask? I'm still shaking my head over that one. Someone needs to pull their head out of where the sun don't shine!!!

Literally refuse to go back to the dump , they r always over heard cutting up on the speaker before attempting to take your order , my food was literally thrown into my car window,then said they had no coke but yet handed me coke . Ppl if u hate ur job r can't work with the public do us all a favor stay home .There is absolutely no sense to be rude and disrespectful.
