“We ordered carryout. The food was fabulous, and the portions were huge. I ordered my wings without sauce, and they didn't need sauce at all because they were so well seasoned. I also got the brisket sandwich and it was so good! The prices were also amazing! Next time we go, I would love to dine in and maybe sit on the patio if it isn't too hot.

Dietary restrictions: We don't eat pork, so I was very happy that they have brisket and wings on the menu.

Parking: There is a gravel lot next to the building with plenty of space for parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter the building instead of stairs.“

“Small but great atmosphere. Waitstaff doesn’t seem to have assigned table so they all occasionally stop to help. Loved not hearing “let me find your waitress”. Broiled oysters were delicious. Shrimp pasta was enough for two. And most important, beer was super cold“

“Haven’t been to the Hilltop in a while. Decided the four of would go to Hilltop for fish and shrimp cocktails, and hamburger stakes. We got there @ 5:15. There were about 8 people in there. We put our order in and waited and waited. One table next to ours were my good friends and after 45 minutes noticed that we had not received only drinks, shrimp cocktails, and 2 salads. I actually only got my drink. We waited an hour, still no food! People began to come in about 6. Still waiting for our meal, we noticed that a couple that comes in gets their meal right away with a hamburger steak. My husband inquired if they called their order in and the lady said no. We were still waiting and another couple came in and behold!!!!they got their meal consisting of fish. At this point we knew we were being ignored!! But why?? We totally felt discriminated against. We got up and paid. The Nice lady at the register knew what had taken place and apologized to us and only charged for the drinks and shrimp cocktails. The two salads were on the house. To the owner of this establishment, you should have a talk with your cooks and find out why we were not served our meal for over and hour. Do your cooks choose who to serve and who not to serve????“

Our 16 month old granddaughter loved her kids meal and also the fried dill pickles and my catfish. Service was slow and we figured out why, our server was doubling as hostess.
