The Somerville, AL location is so disappointing. I hate that it's basically the only food option in this little town. Orders are never correct. Employees will just quit mid shift and leave. I ordered the steakhouse patty melt and it wasn't toasted, cheese wasn't melted, and only 3 mushrooms.
The Jack’s in Opp AL is ridiculous! Any time I order from there, something is missing or the order isn’t correct. From no drinks to missing sides…you name it, it’s happened. Tonight was the final straw. 2 burger meals (add bacon), Dr Pepper and 2 apple pies. Simple enough, right? WRONG!! No bacon added and blueberry pies instead of apple. If you order through the Jack’s app and have it DoorDashed, the driver isn’t allowed to go back and make it right. I’m done! So...read full review
Best milk shakes anywhere!
I tried your chicken pot pie from one of your test fast food drive thru restaurants in golden springs area in anniston, AL.
It was so GOOD I went back for 3 more and my daughter ate those.
I will definitely go back for more today.
The breading was perfect as was the portion size of pie.
I hope this is added to your full time menu!
