Went to Applebee’s around September 20. The host set us down and we waited and waited for someone to actually help us. Our waiter, He waited perfectly on the customers behind us and in front of us, but we were like the step children that he could care less about, and so we waited for a food. We waited for our drinks. We had other workers bring our stuff to us. The manager he came with our food and had this rag on the corner of inside the plate, and it left a mark on the plate with my food. Mind you the manager shirt is filthy and he comes with a plate with a rag on the side. Yuck and the steak taste like it’s been microwaved. Told the waiter and he brings out the cook, the cook comes out with his arms folded asking what was wrong with an attitude. so we just decided to leave. Paid for the food actually gave the waiter a tip which didn’t deserve it. Worst experience ever. Called back to get a refund because I think I deserved a refund didn’t even take any food with me and that’s unusual of me. The manager that I talked to about the refund was probably the guy with the dirty shirt and said I was going to get a refund of course never received it. Kind of figured. I ate two spoonfuls of the chicken pasta and a bite of the steak and left everything on the plate. Where did that towel come from that was on the corner inside of the plate? And everybody had attitudes that night I don’t know what was going on but attitudes. Never had any issues before and that was one of the places I like to go after work. Very disappointed will never return. I’m sure they don’t care and it shows.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! This is the second time I’ve tried to place a review about Applebees the first one disappeared instantly. I arrived at Applebee’s to pick up my order and they tell me that one of my meals they no longer have even though it is on the online menu. I asked how long it would take to make another meal they said 15 minutes I asked if they had already made my other meal they said yes so you want that to wait another 15 minutes before I get it. I ask if they would remake that and I would order another meal. Manager Cindy I don’t want it after it sits another 15 minutes. I want a fresh meal She said no. I told her she could eat the it and She said They throw meals away all the time. No wonder there were no cars in the parking lot at five in the afternoon. I left and went to Derk’s. Not only did we have great service. The food was great and thank you Applebee’s for screwing up my order. I went to a better place !!! You’ve been warned!!

Surprised by the quality of the menu items. Great burger & chicken dishes. Jessica, our waitress, knew the menu forward and backward with available substitutions .
Ocean was by far the BEST waitress we’ve ever had. She was very spunky and upbeat, despite clearly being very busy. We came in as a large group and she even treated our children with utmost respect and kindness and listened to everything they had to say. She checked in often, socialized with us, really seemed like she enjoys her job. Not the usual mindless questions and responses waiters use for everybody that comes in. We will be coming back!

The absolute rudest bartender on staff tonight. We weren’t greeted, had to ask for menus, and her attitude from the start made it clear she was ready to go home. As soon as more people who looked like us came in, she refused to take our orders and completely ignored us. It was definitely giving racism, and the energy was beyond uncomfortable. Do better.

Jhericka was THE best server that I’ve ever had in my life! Not to mention, the team that she had working with her. I didn’t catch their names but it was 3 other guys. This girl needs a raise, some recognition and be a role model for upcoming servers. We were celebrating my birthday with my fussy toddler and she took him and entertained him. Not to mention, she noticed one of our food items were missing and corrected it before anyone said anything. She was very prompt, very vocal and very attentive. She got a well worth tip from my family. Thank you so much Jhericka! ❤️ You were amazing.
Kid-friendliness: All of the staff was so friendly with our kids. The kids got treats and were attended to. This night staff was amazing…
