I pulled up to the drive-thru about two years ago and the woman asked with an attitude 'what chu want'. I told her to give me a minute because I hadn't been there in a while so please give me a moment to go over the menu. That attitude was a constant. She replied 'fine' with attitude. After a minute or so, I said in a calm voice and demeanor 'okay, I'm ready to order now'. She came back and replied 'well you gonna have to wait now'. I said okay but I had noticed there was no line behind me, no one had entered the parking lot and there was no activity inside the restaurant. I left because there was no telling what they would have done with the food.
I wrote of my story because yesterday, a Bishop from our church, a true man of God, went into the exact same restaurant with his son. The woman was so rude. He took a moment to look over the menu and while he was looking, his wife called. He was talking softly on the phone and the woman behind the counter told him, in a very rude manner, 'you're being too loud for our customers'. There was ONE OLDER COUPLE who paid NO ATTENTION to anything going on in there. He said 'ma'am, I'm sorry but I'm just trying to tell my wife where I am'. She told him 'if you can't keep it down, I'll have to call the police on you'. He asked what had he done. She then threatened to call again. He just looked at her and said 'God bless you' and turned to leave. Another male worker walked out and apologized for her attitude.
How you manage to keep this one particular restaurant open is beyond my understanding. Mine and the Bishop I speak for are NOT the only stories I've heard about this restaurant. You need to do some serious screening or just close down before word of this place starts to reverberate across the country and people start to avoid you all together. I know that can happen because I have stopped going to one restaurant for the failure of the others. It's not worth the headache. While I love your food, I can cook all of it at home. You've lost a strong customer because of this place. I used to come to Arby's often when I was in Virginia and over the road but this place makes me question your company's policy on customer service over the whole scale. Wishing you the best but not contributing to the racism and ignorance of this one store. Blessings!

Ordered online, got 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. All of the food was cold and stale. Will not be going back.

Well, my husband and I went through the drive through and ended up missing the sandwich from his combo. Called and they put his name on a list to come pick up a sandwich the next day.

Cash only, forever to acknowledge that I was sitting at the order menu and food was cold and soggy. When I asked for a receipt, she acted as I had offended her. She shut the window and I left. Made McDonald’s service look good.

Vary slow at getting order out. Coke and condiment counter dirty, as well as dining room area sticky dirty tables and floors .

I used the drive thru on 10/29/2024, my food was burnt and old called to get remade manager was anger with me and hung up on me, like I did something wrong.

I pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait for a minute. There was absolutely nobody else in lying and it took them five minutes to take my order. At the window , they acted like they could care less whether I was there, and when I got home with my food it was the wrong food. I actually do enjoy their food when they get it right, but this experience was horrible!

The worst Arbys I have ever been to and I am an Arby's fan. Drive through worker had an attitude from hell. They got my order wrong and it was cold. No apple turn overs. The only thing they got right was the drink.

Get the gyros. They're not fancy but they are 4 or 5 dollars. If you're looking for an acceptable Greek gyro and don't want to spend $12 elsewhere, this is the place to go.
