We were there on 6/28/25, I ordered steak, it was dry and over cooked. My husband got the seafood platter, fish burned, other parts of platter were over cooked as well. Our waitress was understanding and sorry our food arrived like this. She said she did say something to the cook, but still nothing was done about it. $103.00 later, lesson learned. Very disappointed because it was referred to us to try.

We were disappointed with our meal on our visit. Oysters were very gritty, as though they had not been cleaned. Wife's Ribeye was VERY thin cut for the price. Being regular Island View visitors and locals, there are better options in the Casino and nearby.

Served burnt Gumbo, not bad but you could still taste it. Wouldn’t have said anything except my fried oysters came out chard to a crisp, the whole meal didn’t not equate to the price. Also spent the evening in the loo when I got home 🚽 I will not be back. Our waitress was great 👍🏼 y’all need some work in the kitchen.

We winter in Gulfport for a few months every year. The Beach Boulevard is always a must dining experience while we are in the area! The food is hot, delicious & the staff is excellent. We also have to mention our favorite server, Jill. She’s always happy to see us and makes us feel like family. She seems to know what we want or need before we even do. She makes the whole dining experience wonderful! We highly recommend The Beach Boulevard Steamer and when you’re there, say hi to Jill. She will give you a sweet smile and make you feel very welcome. You won’t be disappointed. We are already looking forward to going there again next winter!

I have been going to this restaurant for 15 years. I have had excellent waitresses and food. Last night was totally awful. We had a waitress that totally ignored up. First time I have seen her. She had two tables with six people at each and us. We sat for 20 minutes before another waitress ask what we were drinking. Got drinks and still nobody to take our order. Finally 40 minutes later here she comes to take our order calling us baby this and baby that. After all of that we had to go to bar and get our check because she never brought us one. She needs to find a different job. I will be back but I will refuse to let be my waitress if she is still there.

Terri is the reason I go there so often. Always ask for Terri because she's always professional, experienced, and has a great attitude. She knows what we want and makes dinner a real treat. She tempts us with desert and we always wind up buying one. Keep up the good work

Great place for fresh seafood selections and great service. The catfish and crab cakes are the best. The royal reds and crab legs are fresh and delicious. Our favorite server is Terri! Make reservations if possible. They are always busy.

I dine at The Steamer often and would always ask for the waitress Terri . She makes what the restaurant is today, a perfect hostess. The food is not always good especially the too spicy gumbo. The crab cakes are always spectacular however the service we always receive from our waitress makes the experience fantastic! We hope she will be our forever waitress!!
