Food was good. Bread was cold, not fresh out of the oven like it says. They brought out the wrong dish so one of us ate and the other sat for 40 minutes waiting on food without anything to drink. Asked server for water-she never offered a refill-and she never brought the one I asked for. After waitress never came back to our table for quite some time I requested for a manager from the host stand to explain we were sat 1 hour and 15 minutes ago with a reservation. We still were missing a meal and no drinks! Then when my meal arrived by a food runner still no drink. Manager came over and brought water, apologized, and offered a dessert for my husband to eat as he waited for me to eat. The bill was $100 for 2 entrees, wine, beer, and water. The dessert was complimentary. Very disappointed for our first time and our anniversary. A bunch of Im sorry with absolutely no explanation. It was truly bizarre but awful service. I believe this place has some server and management issues.

I ordered the special- 2 pounds of crab legs, 1/2 pound of shrimp, with corn and potatoes. $29. Wow was it good! I have a whole extra plate for another meal. It was cooked well, hot and well seasoned. Hot melted butter was brought, remoulade and cocktail sauces, and lemons. The bread bowl was great! Service was fast and attentive. Parking was easy and it's a lovely location. I was able to sit by the window. The casino across the street obscured the beach view but they can't help that.

We have visited this restaurant a lot. But this weekend was the worse. Waitress was ditsy to say the least. Got our order about 20 minutes after being seated. Brought soups and salads out before appetizer. Brought charbroiled oysters out right before our meal. Cheese was hot but Oyster meat COLD. My husband got the crab special. It was less than a pound of crab on his plate. And they were rubbery with the crab meat stuck to shell. My son and wife got one of the crab bucket and it was decent. I always get the lobster and this was the first time I wanted to send it back. Over cooked and I ordered a two pound lobster and I think it was barely a pound. Our bill was over two hundred dollars and I was happy I had comps because I would be very unhappy if I had to pay for this meal. Will be a long time if I ever go back.

Ate here for my mom’s birthday and haven’t had that good of service ever anywhere. Terry was so awesome and patient with us. I can’t compliment her enough. Food was great too! Snow crab was my favorite.

Went down on 12/22/23 with my girlfriend and her family, I had the woodfired grilled chicken and shrimp and it was absolutely DELICIOUS... Also the shrimp were large and cooked to perfection.. Had Gumbo instead of salad and it was spot on, the okra was not too hard or too gooey.... I highly recommend eating here if you get the chance!!!!!

It's absolutely nothing special. The foods mid, it looks like its from the 70s and I left disappointed and sad that I had to lie to my in laws that it was good because they paid for it.It's over cooked, I got blackened redfish and I hope they know blackened doesn't mean charred burnt. It is what it is. It's expensive. Avoid if at all possible

Its pretty solid food. A little pricey but not too bad. Service is good and food comes out fairly quickly. Owned by the casino but not in it which is kind of nice.

Ive wanted to eat here for months. We had the special which had tons of crab legs and peel and eat shrimp. If the 2 corn on the cob I only ate part of one, had 3 potatoes I didn't even get to. Stuffed so took home key lime pie which was divine. Highly recommend.Parking: There is a golf cart with attendant to bring guests to the door if needed.

Wet old, did not stay after seeing location and restaurant. Pictures show near the water, not near the water at all. Split off casino restaurant

I went to Beach Blvd Steamers in Gulfport. I simply wanted to order 2 warm spinach dips to go appetizers. The lady at the desk (hostess) seemed to have an issue with me ordering to go. She made an excuse that "oh, we've just been so busy" and had to go talk to the manager to see if they could take my warm spinach dip orders???. Now, mind you the "we've been so busy" excuse is really flimsy, as I was there when they first opened up at 5pm, literally standing outside waiting for their doors to be unlocked. I tried to order the appetizers at that time, and she said, "They can't make it until after 6:30pm." So I came back a little after 7 pm .So why did this require her to talk to a manager about take-out appetizers? Very uncomplicated order, didn't require me to be seated, no plates or utensils had to be used by me, and it didn't tie up a server. This should not have been that complicated, and it made me feel like she didn't want to serve me. I felt devalued and dismissed, and that is not how a customer should be treated. Do not eat here. There are too many other options along the beach. If simple appetizers are a burden, I would hate to see what happens if a dish that requires a little more effort was ordered. To be clear, this is not a thumbs down on the chef's or any of the kitchen crew. The food is always delicious, and the wait staff always perform their jobs impeccably. This is solely about the hostess, and what I can only surmise is her not wanting to serve a customer for whatever reasons. I will also be making a complaint to corporate , hopefully, no one else has to experience this nonsensical situation.
